On January 31st 2022, my husband ******************* went into Ranch to Table Beef Company in ******* ***** to purchase a locker beef. There was a sale being put on by the company and a whole beef, cut and wrapped how we wanted it to be, would be $2000, plus tax. He purchased the beef, filled out a cut list and left the establishment. Two weeks later he called to find out the status on the beef. He was told that they had lost the cut sheet and asked if we would resubmit it. My husband and I returned to the business and filled out another cut sheet, requesting that the beef be packaged in vacuum sealed plastic for longevity, which we were told we could do because we purchased a full beef. I contacted the business again on March 24th asking for the status. I was told I would be contacted "soon". Several calls and texts later, on April 8th we received 7 boxes of beef, with the name "*********************" written on them. It totaled 267 pounds of meat, weighed in the box. The meat was white butcher paper wrapped, blood soaked, and many packages were frozen to each other. Several packages had no tape. We contacted the butcher and he told us that the beef we received was a "long horned roping steer" and had been killed and butchered in December of 2021, before we placed our order. We contacted Ranch to Table via ******** messenger and told them we were missing large cuts of meat, and this was not our order, since it was not vacuum sealed and had the wrong cuts. We opened one package that was not taped to inspect the meat, and we notified the business of this. On April 15th we were told to bring the meat back to the business and we would receive a refund in 30 days. I put a post on ******** about the business and was threatened via phone call, audio recording available, threatening to take my post down or I would not receive my refund. I did not remove my post as I have the right to review the business. It is now 50 days past when we returned the meat and we still have not received a refund.

Paid for 1/2 beef on April 30th and was given a small debit card receipt (which made me nervous but that seemed to be how they did it.) The 1/2 beef was supposed to come with 1/2 pork. We were told it would be a week to 10 days. We are now over a month later and they just yell when I call and ask for/demand a refund. '***' claims I don't understand how long it takes. Yet, on their ******** page they have promised new orders to be delivered in ***** days. I just want a refund for the $1800 I paid them on April 30th. Additional timeline: May 19 was told my beef was hanging, May 26 - company posts to it's website that beef orders will be ***** days; May 31-told it will be ready this week. June 3 - told no refund because no owners around and '***' won't find them for me, told I don't understand how hard it is to ********* all this beef. I just want a refund, I am not looking for drama and *** and the Ranch to Table Beef Company sure seems like a lot of drama. We'll go elsewhere.

I purchased seed from this business in Feburary and paid with a credit card. The seed was to be deliverd at a later date. At the time the seed was to be delivered I received a message from the business stating they could not deliver the seed and would refund the money for the seed. It has been over 30 days and I have not recieved my refund. The owner of the business will not respond to any calls or texts.
