December 29th 2023 I was charged 250$ for blower fans that I did not end up utilizing due to the fans pulling too much amperage and tripping my 15A Breaker. If the fans were hooked up to isolated dedicated outlets perhaps this issue wouldn't have occurred. I immediately got ahold of their receptionist and described the issue that I was having and informed her that I was going to remove the fans and take them out of service. She said that was fine and that she would leave a note so that someone could reach out to me. I was contacted again on the 2nd of January at 12:20pm with the receptionist asking if it was okay to come and pick up the fans, to which I said yes. I asked her about a refund and she once again said she left a note on my file and that someone would reach out to me. Still no one has reached out to me. I have video surveillance footage of the fans being unplugged and taken out of service for the entire duration that they were on my property, Besides maybe 40mins of use before they started tripping my breaker. I would like a refund for this service, thank you.

We spoke to the homeowner on 1/10 and he had concerns with our services (specifically the fans tripping breakers). He said he doesn't think he should pay for anything, especially because he said his agent told him we would come take a look for free. He is a retain and Gain customer and part of our program so we want to resolve this issue and make sure it gets taken care of. We spoke to our team, and given the circumstances we are issuing a refund for the $250 paid to us due to the issues that occurred with equipment and the confusion on the process. We will reach out again to the customer and resolve any other issues, we are processing the refund now and it will be sent out as soon as possible.

We had Idaho Fire and flood come and do work. We got the estimate for work that needed done. Got the check deposited it in savings and got a cashiers check and paid them. The first bill showed we paid and owe nothing, then we get a bill showing we owe $2,633.76 30 days past due they said the bill first bill didn't include repair and reconstruction.

Per industry standards, each  division of work is estimated and negotiated separately. In this case the asbestos portion was invoiced and paid.  We then completed negotiations on the reconstruction portion of the claim, completed the work and then invoiced for the above listed *******. The final payment was received . We are sorry about any confusion on this account.
    Thank you
