I was so relieved when a roofing crew from CCX arrived at my house and in my entire roof, mostly in one day., which was the most impressive in todays construction climate. Not only was it done in one day, but it was done well. I look up at my roof. Grateful for such quality. My negotiations with CCX went very well, and they fulfilled exactly what they said they would. Thank you CCX I definitely will add you to my list of people I highly recommend.

I was looking at getting a roof. The sales man said that they had payment options. I was interested in learning more. He sales a person in the office. The man on the phone told me they were needed to do a soft credit check to see if I qualified. I agreed to that. I answered all of the questions and they told me what I qualified for. The next day I saw an email saying there was a hard pull on my report. When I asked the sales man for an explanation he said that I had given permission for the credit check. I explained that I had agreed to one thing and what happened was not what I gave permission for. I received an email today letting me know an account was opened in my name. I looked and it was from the day the credit check was run. Again, I asked the sales man about it and he said that nothing was set in stone until I signed a contract for the roof. I repeated the problem was an account was opened without my express permission. I asked for an explains an apology. Have heard nothing back.

*******, this is ****, I was on the phone with you when you asked for options to finance. In order to see those options it asks for the questions we took you through to verify identity and to verify your earnings to identify how much  you would apply for credit wise. This process was done on the synchrony app. When I asked you to the consent for the credit pull you said yes so I clicked the button to start seeing options. This process is a credit pull whether its a hard pull or a soft pull it doesnt tell us on our end I assumed it was a soft pull turns out through my your experience it is a hard pull

Your credit account is not accessible unless you approve the transaction on your end after we have created an actual loan. At this time it is simply an application for a loan and an approval for the loan amount. 

Im sorry for the inconvenience but I assure you it was in efforts to assist you with your project and not in any way to take advantage of you. 

I will look into ways to try as best as I can to try to mitigate the hard pull and cancel your application If I can.
