    I was with a disabled group called Options for Independence from ***** ut and our leader had the restaurant add 20% tip, which was fine. Then the restaurant decided to add another 25%, but when I contacted the owner of the business, she was unable to remove the extra amount so she said she'd refund the whole check, which never happened.

I am pretty sure that you don't want to get a bad review or reputation for cheating the disabled, so please fix this. By the way, the food and service was very good.  Thank you

    Two weeks ago you said you refunded money to me but it hasn't been done yet. I think two weeks is a lot more than "a few days" as you said. Are you really going to help or not?

    I refunded the money the day I told you I did, which was October 12th. I am attaching a copy of the receipt that shows the refund along with the ** number.

    I would just like to say this was a complete misunderstanding.  I have been in contact with ***** the entire time.  In reality I owe her less than $2 and I refunded the total amount of her meal and tip for a total of $12. 43.  I have tried to do the best I can to accommodate *****.

    I have attached copies of the cleared check from my bank with Kathi's signature on the back. I also showed my statement with it coming out. Check #**** for $12.43 which was the total price of her meal not the $2 tip that she first complained about.  I have tried to stay in contact with ***** and have told her that I sent her a check.  I reached out to her to see if she had received it and she did not reply back to me so I am sending in the evidence that ALL of her money was refunded. So her entire meal was on me. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
