Job was for a sign base for a local ************ They demanded full payment up front. I got phone calls and texts for 2 days before they started for full payment. I pain $2000 down. When the job was completed the base was not level or to the drawings I sent them. I installed the sign knowing I was not happy. The Customer was not happy the sign was not level and said so via email. I argued with them for a week about it not being level. They finally went out and checked it. It was not level. I was told it would be fixed by the actual owner Labor day 9/2/24. I drove to the location that cost me more money that night and nothing was done. I sent a message and was told tomorrow. Next day (Tuesday) Nothing was done. Thursday I was told it was fixed and Friday he would go back with a grinder to finish off some spots. I stopped by Saturday to make this was done before I reinstalled Sunday 9/8/24 And it was not. Forms were still on the base as a fix. I sent a message Saturday night stating I would install on Sunday 9/9/24 and if they go back to fix the concrete and grind and damage the sign they will be liable with no response. It really ***** it has to come to this in business. But, You might own the majority and run the business. Make sure who you have doing the work meets your quality and integrity. The owner is amazing. The person I dealt with while the owner was out of town it not.
