I had this company clean my vents on May 11, 2021. I gave them a check for $249.00. Check number ****. The check was cashed within a few days. On October 27, 2023, the check was again presented to the bank and they received the payment again. Same check. Same date. Same check number. This is fraud. I would like a full refund of the second payment.

The workers were here about 25 minutes. They did not unscrew 4 of the upstairs grates to clean the vents and did not do the 4 downstairs vents. After looking into how ductwork is cleaned they did not do the job correctly. They used a small compression hose and went vent to vent. The other vents were not covered when the cleaning was done. After they left I unscrewed the grates over the 4 upstairs vents and there was visible dust bunnies in them. There is also a pile of debris inside of the wired part of my furnace. The day they left I replaced the furnace filter. I just checked it after 2 weeks it is full of dirt. It is a filter that should last 3 months. I repeatedly messaged the contact person on ******** with the complaint and pics. All I got back was a thumbs up sign. I have been looking into the company further and see they have many people with the same complaints as I have. They company they sent to my house was from ******* **. called Duct Cleaning and HVAC services. The phone number on their van was the same as I found on their website. ************. I just am hoping they did not ruin my furnace as that is a big expense. The website on ******** I found them on has removed them from their site and says they are scammers.

I had air duct cleaning done today. I inspected vents after Seven Stars left and found my ducts are still filthy with grime. I had expected that the service would brush them clean. My carpets, furniture, and bedding were covered in a thick layer of dust that was blown out all over the house. Their ad suggested that dust would not escape into the house. I have screenshots of the ads they posted on social media and of my house when they were done. I have attempted to contact my representative, ***********************, through ******** messenger which is how we had communicated and have now been blocked. I called the number on the invoice but just get a message service. I looked up their website and tried a different number but voicemail is full and you can't even leave a message. I would like my ducts cleaned properly or a refund of some sort. Attached is link to ****** drive with photos and screenshots of ads and contact with ***** They told me cleaning would take 45 to an hour but they were here 30 minutes at most. I thought **** was a small business owner locally, but ****** from ******* was the guy doing the service. I have wondered if the before and after pics I was shown by ****** were even of my house.https://drive.******.com/drive/folders/19xZLwHYw9iRpdznSLHX5aYHJplBrA8rG?usp=sharing
