Sold me a car that was not road legal for a stick shift car the handbrake didnt not work and the day after I got it it wouldnt start I was able to jump the car needed o2 sensors and 4 of the 6 cylinders are misfiring so Im about 1600 in less than a week into the car

We Do Not Recommend Buying Any Vehicles From This Guys, they found a good way to make money from others without having NO respect for the laws and regulations of this country, or respect for others. I called, text and email seeking reimbursement for some of the repairs that were done to the vehicle we purchased. ******/***** told me that I was responsable for making sure the vehicle was in good condition before buying the vehicle, after we found out that vehicle was not properly inspected and Failed Maryland Safety Inspection on Front/ Back Brakes and Emergency Brake Drum was disintegrating, we spent over $2000 on repairs and spend 3 days of work trying to resolve the issues with the vehicle. They charged us $355 for a paper tag and registration, got stopped by ********************* and got a ticket for not having a good tag and registration, the vehicle was almost tow. Reach out to them through Calls, Text and Emails on the beginning I was told by ***** to send the invoices or receipts and we did, after that ***** never call, text or email back and have been ignoring us. Called today 05/06/2024 talked to someone name ****** and I explain my self one more time, he kept asking me if I purchase the warranty, our conversation ended, He telling me that there was no Law and he did not care and to do whatever on my little world there is nothing you can do about it. Reached out to ****************** to report out conversation. I regret every minute of it, taking a plane from ** to ******* to purchase the 2014 ******** **** Sprinter Passenger Van purchase on 03/13/2024. This vehicle still parked on my driveway. I hope ******************* is able to give me a better solutions on regards to my reimbursement on repairs tags and registration. FOR ANYONE OUT THERE! IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THEM? YOU SHOULD BE VERY GLAD THAT YOU GOT LUCKY!

I DO NOT recommend this place to purchase a vehicle. They sold me a car and had few details to be fix. They said they were going to get it fix for me and they *** about it. *****....Do not go to this place. BAD EXPERIENCE. 0 STAR

I spoke to ****** about a silver car that they have had for sale that had ******* miles, 1 accident and 6 owners for $19,995 for over ************************************************************************************ red at another dealership that was a one owner with no accidents and low mileage for $15,000. He agreed to sell me the silver car at the same price. I drove 16 1/2 hours to get a check from my bank and buy the car and was told they wont sell it for that price and then said no one offered that price to me. I have screen shots of our negotiations and they still wouldnt honor the agreed upon price. They asked for a bill of sale but I was trying to pay the agreed price at that moment so I wont get a bill of sale until after I pay. They are unprofessional and apparently allow salespeople to negotiate prices they wont honor. The car they had was neglected, had wiring hanging and most of the electronics in the interior not functioning. It was over priced at the price they wanted and that is why it sat 277 days with no buyer. The agreed price was fair for the condition of the car.

I was sold a car without being able to test drive it after asking twice, Come to find out that there's no muffler and the check engine light came on the very next day. We called ******* twice to inform them about the problems, the message was never communicated with anyone else. ********* denied it and tried to tell me ******* was fired. A few days later ********* called us to say that we can't get the title from the auction they bought it from because of "family issues" and tried to talk us into a more expensive car. After saying no and to just give us our down payment back and we'll go elsewhere. The very next day he called back and said the problem with the title was fixed. ********* agreed to take the price of the muffler off the payment but then didn't communicate that either. They also asked my husband and his boss to lie and say he made $5k per month to give to the bank. when we told them his income was $3.5k per month. ********* also said my husband could sign my name on the contract of the other vehicle they were trying to sell us after that weird title issue. These people are liars and very shady. I'm also missing half of the paperwork from the envelope ******* gave me. They shouldn't be trusted to sell anything.
