    I purchased a car at Roberts January 29th of 2024, after loosing my car in a wreck. I did not have a lot of money to spend but I found they had a 2014 Kia ******* there for a reasonable price. I went to test drive it and everything was Guaranteed to be working in proper condition with the car. When I bought the car it had been serviced and taken care of properly. I drove the car for about 2-3 months with no issues. I drove it home from work one night and as I pulled up to an intersection my car died and would not restart. The following day I had it towed myself to roberts to be looked at it took them a week or so to look at it and determine that they could not fix it and it would be sent to *** in woodriver for repairs. I was told multiple times the warranty on the car would cover the repairs needed to make it in working order. This process took SIX months to do, per **** they were waiting for approval. They did not reach out and contact me unless I complained. 2 Months of them having my car I was finally offered a courtsey car. The whole time I still made payment on the *** I had purchased with no communication on **** or kias part. Now as of friday they suddenly made reapirs and is avaliable for me to pick up. However it was not completed and a warning light is still on this car after being told it would be fixed. I am at a loss and would like them to either fix the car or purchase it back. I am a teacher with two kids this has put such a bind on my family.

    They have decided to fix the issues. So my complaint is unfounded.

    Mr. and Mrs. ******* purchased the *** ******* from Roberts Motors on January 25th 2024, she contacted us on April 17th 2024 letting us know that the ******* died on the road and would not restart. She had it towed to Roberts, since it was not a **** we had it towed to ******** *** so they could diagnose the issue. The lack of good communication between ***, the **************** and Roberts Motors, caused significant delays in getting the repairs completed. ******** informed us last week that the vehicle was finished and we could pick it up. Once we got it back to Roberts we discovered a few issues that **************** stated were not an issues when it broke down. We had conversations with ******** regarding these issues and they insisted they were present when towed to them and refused to correct them. I spoke with Mr. ******* yesterday and decided to take care of the concerns for them. We should have the parts here by 9/25 and will finish the repairs. Per my conversation with Mr. ******** I believe he is satisfied at this point.
