  I paid for 4 new tires and only had 2 new ones on the left side of my truck, the right side ones were badly worn. I paid for the tires before they were put on my truck. The good faith was 4 new tires from them. When I left the shop the truck vibrated and thudded so I went back to the shop on the right side. I have the pictures of the right front wheel to show the wear and that they were not new tires. I told the manager about it and they knew that they did this. We drove down the street and the manager said to turn around and bring it back. They never said anything to me until I came back and said the tires were mounted and balanced and they could not recalibrate the tires. The gentlemen by the name of Gio said this is why they have new managers because the other managers scammed the consumers by doing this exact thing. I want an apology and I want a refund. It' the principle of this whole deal and I want them to stop scamming the customers.

  to whom it may concern,

  the cust came came in to purschase some 245/75/16 tire for her toyota truck. the tires she picked out was indeed a used set of tires. cust was asked did she want new which we could of gotten in for her, she was in such a hurry because she had a young  child with her she asked to install what we had in stock. we did so install the preown set of tires, shortyy after install cust came back said her car was shaking ash if someone could ride with her to feel what she was feeling, immed i felt the vibratiion i apolozied to her and told her something was off with t he tire i would personally go get two new tires for her , i went to pick the tires up came back to the store had them installed again spoke to the cust and apolozied to her for the tires. she said she understood she was happy we fixed the tires so fast for her. aftert install we didnt hear anything back from her we just start receiving letters from the bbb without an chance to fix any other issues she had

  At this point I do not believe it would do any good to send additional information regarding my complaint against this company. It appears that they are all in this big lie together. I went up there after receiving the reply and told them, why would be here so upset if I was lying about this entire matter. The owner, I believe stated I bought re-conditioned tires and that is not true. I paid for new tires not reconditioned. The salesperson that was dishonest about this transaction is still working there. That in itself tells me more about this company. The dishonesty will eventually come to fruition.
