We found Prestige by asking neighbors and friends who they used in the area. Several neighbors mentioned Prestige Kitchen and Bath a nice job. So we used for them for our master bath. We are very happy with the new bathroom. The workers and employees were very nice and would recommend.

I hired Prestige Kitchen & Bath to remodel our kitchen during the fall of 2022. I can't say enough good things about ******* and her team of craftsman!The project was rather complex as we wanted to remove a load bearing wall that separated our kitchen from our living room which was a room addition built in the 60's. So we not only needed a kitchen design but also help with the structural elements.******* came up with a stunning 3D rendering of the space and worked with her architect to produce the correct structural supports for removing the wall. Overall, we loved the concept.The actual remodel went really well also. She produced a timeline that was helpful as we understood what was happening each day. ******* also provided excellent communication, and was always one step ahead to ensure things ran smoothly.The installers and craftsman were also notably good. We love that they paid close attention to the details without needing to hound them. Overall we are grateful to have found such a good combination of value and quality and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

First, they don't stick to a schedule. They continued to push our start date back with no concern for our time. We would be given a start date, and then a few days before that start date, they would let us know we would be delayed again, which sometimes meant months. When we finally called to complain (we had emptied our kitchen 2 times by this point only to be pushed back), they had us take off work for a start date, only to tell us the start date would be in 2 more weeks...they are just so overwhelmed with all the jobs they have....we need to be more understanding. We signed our contract in May, and they did not start until nearly December. We got our kitchen back a day or two before Christmas.Additionally, we received very little guidance from our designer. We would ask if something would look okay or we could do something, and we were told "I'm sure it will be fine" and "anything is possible".... then be told what we wanted was not possible after we signed off on the original design. We were frustrated at first that our kitchen cabinets had gauges and holes in them, and our quartz counter a pretty good scratch. They did send someone out to fix the problems quickly, which was great, but at one point, one of the deeper gauges in the cabinets was suggested to be fixed with a sticker, which was upsetting after spending that much money. The scratch in the counter was not able to be fixed. By this point, we just wanted to be done with this company, so it is still there.The final product ended up looking nice, but there are flaws in the design. I think we were so frustrated by the end of this almost year long ordeal, that the project was somewhat tainted for us and wanted to be done with this company. For what you pay for a kitchen to be remodeled, you can do better.

I have read many of the reviews for Prestige Kitchen and Bath and I completely agree with all of the five star reviews. I would give more stars if I could. *** and his staff are easy to work with and ****, who did most of the work, was exceptionally helpful making sure everything stayed clean and turned out just as we wanted. Job was started promptly and completed quickly.
