Chicagoland Builders installed ****** Board siding on the rear of our two three story condo buildings as well as painting the rear stairwells. They did a fabulous job! I highly recommend them for their professionalism, for their attention to detail, and for their responsiveness when there was a question or a concern. They were attentive to cleaning up in the work area daily and removed material from the tear down of our old siding in a timely manner. I would gladly hire them again!

We used Chicagoland Builders to replace our siding and one window as well as our gutters, soffits, and fascia. The owner gave us such a competitive price that I was worried it was too good to be true. Well, all my worrying was for nothing, and now we have the best-looking house on the block. The crew lead is clearly a master of his craft. I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and explain details of the process to me. He and his team worked hard every day to get the project done quickly, but also paid attention to the small details. They went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the finished product. The project manager also checked in frequently and responded quickly, even after hours. The removal of the old siding created an enormous mess. But not only did the team clean up my yard every day, they paid extra attention to my neighbors' yards. Other than some trampled grass (and the new siding, of course), you'd never know our house was a major work site for three weeks. I plan to call Chicagoland Builders for our next big project and recommend them to anyone else who wants to give their house a facelift!Chicagoland Builders Inc. Response

We utilized Chicagoland Builders on our suburban home for no less than 4 different rather major projects. This included replacing our roofs which involved two shingle and two flat roofs, replacing our home's siding using the *********************** product, replaced all 26 of our windows and redoing all of our gutters, fascia and soffits. When one bedroom window developed a small crack, they had someone come out within two days to inspect it and order a replacement window at no charge.My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism their team exhibited. The work was done on time as promised at the agreed price (which was very competitive) and they cleaned up every day after their work was complete. The extensive work took several days and they had a project manager overseeing the workers every step of the way.I recommended CLB to several relatives and friends all of which also had positive experiences. Great working with **** and his team. Chicagoland Builders replaced all windows, doors, siding, gutters, soffit and fascia of our home. It looks wonderful! Total lack of professionalism for a company/owner that touts doing large scale business in the Chicagoland area. For starters, ******* attempted to move the goalpost after quoting the project and then claiming there was going to be a price increase which I confirmed that wasnt the case. This was done to secure my commitment to work with him on the project. The second issue arose when when his company failed to order windows tied to my project for almost two months. Third issue was with him sending his team to install my patio doors/windows without instructions. Leading his team to improperly install both my windows and patio doors, which required them to come out and effectively reinstall everything. Then ****************** had the never to try to send me to collections, when there were unresolved issues tied to the project. That leads me to the current issue, which is directly tied to his team improperly installing the product. I have been going back and forth with ****************** for three plus months to have this issue addressed and he nor his team have taken one step toward addressing this issue beyond lip service.
