            Terrible Experience Stay Away!Ive been a loyal customer at this carwash for years, with multiple cars under my account. Unfortunately, my experience with them recently has been a disaster. During a routine wash, my cars window was broken inside the carwash. I filed a report immediately, but things only got worse from there.Ignored Calls and ******************* I tried to follow up on the damage, but they ignored my calls for weeks. I had to physically go to the office multiple times, only to be told the manager was unavailable each time. The manager constantly made excuses, repeatedly ignored my inquiries, and wouldnt even use their insurance to file a claim. This cost me over $1,100 to replace my window!Lack of Compensation and Unprofessionalism To make things worse, they didnt offer any refund for the month of service where I couldnt wash my car due to the damage. When I asked to speak to the corporate office or the owner, they refused to give me any contact information, and the manager kept blowing me off. This is NOT how you treat customers, especially ones whove been loyal for years. The manager should be fired for being completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and nearly impossible to reach.Avoid at All Costs!I would not recommend anyone to take their cars here. I later learned they are affiliated with the carwash on Mt. ********, *********** be warned, both locations are bad news. Save your money and protect your car.Happier Elsewhere Ive since switched to Raceway Carwash in Arlington Heights, and the experience has been night and day. They offer better services, and the staff is much friendlier and more professional.
