It has been a few years since I've used this lawyer. I am however haunted from time to time to submit a review, so here it is..My case was a complex case involving obtaining money left to me by my ex-spouse who suddenly died, without removing me as beneficiary to one of his accounts. Not admissible in court ( due to hearsay rules) but I reminded my ex-spouse of this some months before he died, yet he never removed my name.Too many facts to go into detail, but I paid this lawyer nearly $15,000 in cost and fees, as he charged me for EVERYTHING even simple clerical needs. I paid in full despite feeling vulnerable. retired and on a very fixed income. My complaint is that his final defense for me on my day in court, after waiting over a year lasted all of 5 minutes. It was embarrassing in how horribly elementary it was. The judge filed against me in 5 minutes and it was over.DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER.
