Buyer beware! I just spoke to a saleslady regarding a 2024 GX550 Premium *** which was listed on line as "$65, 824 FINAL PRICE", excluding tax, title, and a doc fee, for which a footnote addressed at the bottom of the page. The salesperson proceeded to add thousands of "dealership installed" options onto the FINAL PRICE, increasing the actual final price by thousands. The add-ons were not listed anywhere within the spec sheet and were not "optional". Furthermore, the *** listed on their website was already sold, yet another bait and switch technique. I would NOT consider purchasing from this dealership.

My name is *************************** I am the *** of ******* Property Mgt and **************** Services. I went to purchase a car and completely pay it off. I tried to use my business credit cards an **************** and my Chase Business Card to purchase the vehicle for my business. They told me that they needed 3 forms of payment and said they had to run my credit and run my name after I already provided my ID, address and business EIN number, all of this for a vehicle that costs $7500 and that I was purchasing without a loan. When I refused to allow them to run my credit they didnt sell me the car. Why do I have to have my credit ran if Im not getting a loan and right out buying the car cash. Im not sure if it was due to the fact that I am African American or what because I definitely felt discriminated against. I also called back after leaving because I really wanted the car and spoke with the sales man ******** and he said that was the companys policy I asked to see it in writing and he said that there werent anything in writing and it was something the higher *** told him. *** purchased many cars for my business and have never heard of anything like this before.

DO NOT BY ANY MEANS BUY A NEW OR PRE-OWNED VEHICLE FROM Lexus Arlington. They will force unwanted warranties and service contracts on you and if all else fails stuff them in your contract without your knowledge.

Despite following the necessary protocols and contacting management team through multiple channels, including 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls, to request the return of my deposit, I encountered significant delays.Disappointment ensued as over a month passed without any acknowledgment or progress regarding the refund. The lack of responsiveness or updates on the status of the refund process has been disconcerting.I understand the complexities involved in processing refunds, yet the prolonged delay has been inconvenient. It reached a point where I had to resort to initiating a cashback request through my credit card company to resolve the matter independently.While I had hoped for a smoother resolution directly with Lexus Arlington , the protracted delay in refunding the deposit has led to dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience.I remain open to a positive resolution and hope that this feedback highlights the importance of prompt and efficient customer service, especially in matters involving refunds....
