3/11/2024 for $330.75 no receipt was given due to printer not working my only proof is the my bank transaction. After leaving the sales stand made me think something is not right, why wouldn't they give me a receipt? I started googling the place and saw scam alerts so few hours later returned products and they did not give me anything and told me couldn't do anything about it since transaction was still pending. Money has been withdrawn and no refund has been issued.

01/30/2021. $15,000, It was during the Covid period, I had just lost my husband from ***** and was very down. They lured me into the store, and played on my emotions. They sold me a bunch of stuff, and I gave them my credit card. While I was in the store, I came to my senses and told them that I really couldnt afford it, and wanted them to keep it. They told me that they could not refund my money, because one item had been opened, and they were the ones that opened it. They said to me that because of *****, they could do nothing about it. I begged, but they would not refund anything. They said there was Nothing they could do. I left the store crying. I went back every day for a month, but they would still not take the merchandise back, and nothing had been opened except the red light hand held devise for $7,999.00, that they opened themselves, while they were ringing up the sale. I finally gave up, and have to this day not used anything. Bad memories, tears just looking at it, that I hid all of it in my house trying to forget the day I was lured in, to be taken. I will never forget that day. And they probably forgot my sorrow of losing my husband 2 months prior, to that day, when they so wept with me, the second they ran my credit card for $15,000.00 dollars. They were merciless. But oh so intense on letting me know how strict their company was about returning anything because of Covid. They didnt even care to wear masks. ***** was just an excuse to them. And I was their victim.

Bought some cleansers and creams from store and was offered a complimentary facial appt at later date. Walked past store later after shopping in mall and was told they had an opening for that night. I took advantage of opening and had facial. Was quoted one price for products and upon arriving home discovered another amount was put thru on charge card. I had an allergic reaction to cleanser with burning skin and under eye cream caused large blister under eye. I went back next day to try and correct charges and return product that was never opened for full refund and they refused stating stores could not issue refunds at store level to fill out a form. " owner" contacted and stated he would work on refund...2 days later received email stating that due to nature of product they will not refund only exchange. If they can accept product back for exchange why can they not refund? Scared to try other products least I have same reaction to ingredients...and I would have to open them to try thus rendering them not exchangeable. Just want to return products and receive refund

I am writing to dispute a charge of $11,000 to my credit card account for the purchases of some creams and beauty machines. The initial bill after first disputing the account charge on June 26, 2022, and rebill show up on my credit card statement for August month. The charge was initially disputed from day one when I called the credit card company, which advised me to wait until the transaction was posted to the account to initiate the dispute. I also contacted the store multiple times and no one answered the phone nor did anyone bother to return my calls. I finally was able to talk to the store manager (*****) and he advise me to submit a claim to initiate the product return and refund process, which has taken months for someone to get back to me. Also, when ***** (Service manager) got back to me, he finally agreed to initiate a refund foonly the cream products. He also told me that they do not accept the machines (Perfection X, and Aecor Eye), even when ***** unpack the machines at the store without asking or telling me about the non-refund process and they copy and paste my information on the final bill. Again, their practices are extremely predatory for this type of sale and they play with the ability to manipulate you into buying all these products. They also lure you into the store telling you that they will do an assessment of your skin and they apply a dark sticky cream on you, which they do not remove until they finish or accomplish their sale goal. I have never seen such practices with any store business. Also, why they are selling these machines as is when they have a full supply of the same merchandise available? It is not like they are selling a product that will be withdrawn from the market. Also, there was a series of promises, which they did not agree to in writing. Also, I told them that my wife was extra sensitive and allergic to creams and treatments and they say not to worry and that they understand the process.
