Excellent company to work for. Hours are very flexible, and good benefits. I have been with this company for many years, and they have always supported my personal and professional growth. . The office staff does expect their field staff to be presented in a professional and courteous manner. Also, it is expected for documentation to be completed on time. If you want to work in a professional environment then this is for you.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. The ***** location in ******* has staff coming in and out basically every month with no notice or communication to new staff members or the caretakers that work for the agency. I spoke with two different people from the corporate office in ******** today about my exit interview (I resigned) and they asked me about problems I stated I had been having as an employee to their agency. I spoke my truth, I stated facts of incidents I have dealt with and whatever his title is I dont know but his name is *** he literally LAUGHED at me and said I dont see any of that as a problem. This agency is suppose to be responsible for making sure the families with loved ones that have special needs are formally taken care of and when I told this man his staffs actions were unprofessional he decides to LAUGH and say they arent issues??? And you claim to be a professional runner of business? This company is seriously a JOKE. They also stated I could not do certain things because of what my contract says, but when I asked where exactly to find such statements WHILE I am looking at my contract they cant tell me where it says these things. I asked multiple times please tell me where in the contract it says that and the response I got was its in there and the final response was our lawyer will contact you. Seriously? Incredibly unprofessional, rude, no regard for an employees concernsjust utterly disgusting honestly.
