1) We contacted the dealer about a Porsche Boxster that they said they had, but for 3 weeks, we could not see it (we were in the area twice over 3 weeks). Excuses were, it was in the shop, etc.2) We contacted the dealer about 2 Porsches they had in stock. We arranged to take the day off of work and drive 2 hrs to ******* (4 hrs round trip). We were called & texted by them twice on the way down to confirm we were coming. We confirmed (around 1-2pm). However, when we got there, we were told they were sold that morning.We were told we were going to get some type of gift for our inconvenience of taking the day off and driving 4 hrs for no reason. NEVER SAW ANYTHING.Do not trust what this dealer tells you.We ended up finding our Porsche in ** - no issues there at another dealer!!Review from Sharon S

Dear **************,I am writing this letter to request your assistance and express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the level of service I have received from your dealership regarding my 2016 Land Rover. This car was purchase on 11/25/2022 in as well as the suggested QualityGuard + Plus Extended Warranty as suggested by ************* ***************. Seeming like a great idea under the guidance of Mr. ******* I was assured that the warranty would cover the engine. I purchased the Supreme Package which added approximately five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) additional to the cost of my purchase price for my pre-owed vehicle. I was excited that I was able to find such a nice vehicle as advertised on your website and felt confident enough to fly from Georgia to Barrington, ******** to secure this purchase.Short of 2 years on this purchase and less than ****** miles on this vehicle I experienced rattling under the hood and pulled over at the gas station to see what was happening, at first I thought it had over heated, but the smoke coming from the hood did not accompany any water or fluid spilling over. With nothing but smoke coming from the hood I could not restart the vehicle. Per NESA everything that would cause the engine to breakdown is every reason this quality service plan denies all liability: Engine overheating: regardless of cause Failure to maintain proper fluid, coolant, or lubricant levels Use of improper or contaminated fuels, fluids or lubricants Lack of normal maintenance as specified by your vehicle manufacturer Sludge, sludge build-up, varnish, restricted oil passages, stuck piston rings, engine oil consumption Engine detonation Engine over-rev or transmission misshift (improper shift) I have been fraudulently misled into purchasing a warranty that is no more useful than a warranty from Car Shield or the multiple Extended Warranty tele sales agents calls I receive. Worked with Geno, made the sales process ****** complex. Had to ask for a purchase agreement 3x and kept sending us a screenshot of the website. We thought ok, maybe he is new...we would cut him some slack. But then he kept messing up the sales tax calculation. We have purchased many cars in the past from other dealerships, and this is by far the worst service and follow up we have experienced.The texts Geno sent us after our purchase are unprofessional and show his lack of knowledge. He sends us a long-winded awkward 2 paragraph text on why we should be grateful and lucky that he sold us the car because him and another sales man were competing to sell the car. Then a day later he says that they messed up the sales tax. We live in lake county and they are saying we need to pay for cook. That is not true, it should be where you live and where you are registered. He then goes to say that my husband and I don't know which county we live in. I know know what county I live in! I know where my property taxes go to! Then he demands a copy of a tax bill because he claimed that our address is in Cook county. I send him a copy of a LAKE county tax bill, and then he goes on saying that that isn't enough proof and that we are going to be stuck with a cook county tax bill. If you choose to buy from this place make sure you double check the numbers because they are incompetent. We want a call from the the ** immediately to right their wrong. I'm not sure in what scenario someone can give us the run around and continue to call us liars over and over again. We provided them everything they asked for and still they are telling us that we need more documents AFTER we already registered and paid for the vehicle in FULL.Review from Greg H

Their *************************** has failed at several key elements. I had a classic 380SL in for a cold idle issue. 1. The car sat for three weeks and I called and text the service person he did not respond. I had to drive over and find out. It took an additional two weeks before the car was done. $1300 of diagnostic work and $1900 of parts and labor. 2. The car failed after two days of use. Tried to call and text them and never received a response. 3. The work performed was a misrepresentation. None of the cold idle parts were replaced. And the spark plug cables were installed incorrectly which caused them to melt. And I had to have the car towed 85 miles to my house. 4. I talked to the department manager and he was apologetic and said hed would help me with my expenses and call me back the next day. It now has been four days. I ended up installing all of the never replaced cold idle parts and the locked up air pump. A total of $1100 dollars. The integrity of Motor Werks of Barrington is extremely low. And I basically got taken for $3200.Review from Ermal S

Had very bad experience with Motor werk Infinity sales people, *** the main manager, ****** sales manger, and ***** a sales person. I drove over 5 hours from ******** to pick up an Audi S8 which i was approved the day before i went to go pick it up. when i arrive to pick up the car, the real scam started, first it was the bank this and that, wasted 6 hours at the dealership. Finally got to test drive the car, come to find out engine air filters missing and vacuum air hoses unsecured.Made a hand shake deal with *** to buy replacement parts at set price.Drove away and few miles down the road transmission light came on and adaptive air suspension faulty. Ran diagnostic scan and found transmission incorrectly coded!Not did they know that this car had all types of issues, but they also told me it had passed the inspection from the dealership. Really!They didn't just try to scam me, and costed me $600 in rentals and other fees.They put my life in danger when they let me drive off on car with bad transmission and unleveled suspension, i could flipped on highway! They also lied about reimbursing my rental cost. If you like to take a chance on your life, please go see ***, ******, or ***** they are pros at making sure you will be scammed and also take your life while in the process.Motor Werks Partners L.P. I have never complained about a business, publicly. Feel free to laugh at my sorrowful tale. I just have to share my experience and hopefully warn others. DO NOT GO TO MOTOR WERKS HONDA IN BARRINGTON!!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation for an 11:15 AM appointment. I didnt get out of there until 1:45 PM. Thats two and a half hours. At around 12:30 I ask for an update and they tell me that the service should be done soon. I wait another 45 minutes. I walk back there and I can see the technician is just beginning the service. At that point, the rep. ******* me that theyll be closing soon and asked me if I want a loaner. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! The first time driving my car after the oil change, I hear metallic pinging from underneath my car. I pull over and look underneath and one of the metal retaining bolts for the skid plate is missing, the other is hanging on by a couple threads. I can also see that at least one other retaining clip was missing as well. I called Motor Werks Honda. They tell me they will pick up my car to replace the bolts and leave me a loaner. Fine, except they show up to pick up my car with no loaner. Its a comedy of errors, but I was furious. I needed the loaner. Then I get a call from the ******** tells me that the bolt broke off and was missing because I must have hit something and that the bolts were secured by the tech. That is a complete impossibility. I drove straight home and the bolt flew off while I was driving on a flat road the very next time I drove the car. I would know if I hit something. It would have to have been 8 inches tall!!!!! Maybe something happened when they were in possession of my car. I dont know. Maybe the tech floored it over a speed bump or scraped the front bumper over a parking stop. All I know is, I didnt hit anything and I dont appreciate being told that I did. The remaining bolt that didnt fall out was loose. Char DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE !!!!Purchased a 2022 Cadillac XT5 premium luxury, after waiting for ten years, and finally having the opportunity. Very disappointed in the quality of the seats. They have no support in them. Because of this, it aggravated my neck and back issues and causing extreme pain and discomfort. Second day we had it took it out on the express way for an hour and half ride, half way thru the ride I was having issues with the passenger seat belt constructing me in the seat, very uncomfortable no matter what I did to adjust the seat the belt just kept getting tighter, called the dealer to have it checked out.Service said they didnt see an issue and made me feel like they didnt believe me, I had to sit on a cushion and use a neck pillow when in this car so they are accusing the cushions for the seat belt issue I was having but I didnt have the cushions when it started. So needless to say we only had this car 3 weeks, and we traded it in at a different dealer, on a different vehicle other than Cadillac. Wont recommend anyone to buy a car from here. Everything I have read about them in the previous reviews appears true, service **** is awful. Wish I would have read these before doing business with them. To make matters even worse, we purchased an extended coverage, paid cash for it, and now feel like it is going to be a fight to get a refund returned to us. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!Review from Abdullah A

Zurich Shield is a protection shield that comes with a warranty. A brochure is given explaining the coverage. If damage occurs outside of the explained coverage. That is ****** not the dealerships.
