I have been purchasing and servicing my family's vehicles (both Jeep and ***** from Wickstrom for over 20 years. My experience with both sales and service departments has been fantastic every time. I have found the entire Wickstrom staff to be professional, honest, and straightforward. They are committed to providing a first-class experience while servicing their customers. I have had a terrific experience with both sales and service. I have purchased both new and used and will have to say it was painless. I always dread purchasing a car and they made it an enjoyable experience. Regarding service, the waiting room is the nicest I have seen and never feel taken advantage of by the service manager. I have probably referred a half a dozen people to Wickstrom and have never heard a bad thing. I have purchased ***** but friends purchased Jeep and Lincolnall positive.Review from Chris D

They guys are quintessential pros. Everyone I run into, in every experience, knows exactly what to do to help me. Im talking service, sales, everything. I get my cars here, I service my cars here, and Ive always had a pleasant outcome. Makes car ownership easy and I appreciate it.Review from Joe B

Extremely professional team across the board. I have two vehicles serviced there as well as any warranty / recall issues. Just recently I had my daughters car detailed and the result was more than perfect. Even the people at the car wash put extra effort into a simple task!Review from Todd B

We have nothing but great comments about Wickstrom Auto Group - from looking for a car, to the sales process, to the service and then service beyond. We've bought 2 pre-owned cars and have leased 3 from Wickstrom. We recently had a great experience with our ************* when we needed to get a new key fob for our Taurus. He was able to ************ key that didn't belong to any of their current inventory and the service team was able to program for us on the spot. They saved us $200-300! We fully trust the teams we have dealt with over the years and they will continue to receive our business when it is time for another car.Review from Greg H

I have purchased over 10 vehicles, new and used over the years. And currently all of my vehicles have been purchased at Wickstrom. I have found the people to be kind, knowledgeable and courteous. On a recent repair the service manager went out of his way to keep me informed with updates on progress and timing. The repair was done with care and speed. And I appreciated the complimentary car wash as well. This is a family business where I really feel like they care about not just selling cars, but developing a long term relationship with their customers. ******************* and the service of the Wickstrom Auto Group did an amazing job helping me with jeep and my Lincoln. They came to my house and picked up my car. They went out of their way to get the special part I needed for my Lincoln, the same day, so that I could make it to my daughters event. Then they dropped it back off at my house. Every time I go there everyone is very helpful and nice. They take such good care of my cars and always have them cleaned and looking perfect for when I get them back.
