This billing company is the BIGGEST scam in the world. They lied and misled us and stole from us to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. They are professional con artists. i'll start with with the ceo ******* ******* who is nothing more than a smooth talking charlatan; ***** ******** who is the face of incompetence and then **** ******* who is really nothing more than a used car salesman. These people belong in the federal prison system. Ill start with the lies they gave us about their track record, how they would be able to collect 97% of our contracted rates etc. Dont fall for it. They give you false promises and a low rate just to get you in the door. Once these crooks have you tied in and you realize they are not doing anything, they tell you they need more staff and they switch you to the 'employee model'. They charged us EXORBITANT RATES and placed 100 people or so on our account but could only collect 65 to 70 percent of contracted rates. What they dont tell you is that they basically outsource the work to some random company in ***** with untrained staff who are likely working for a few dollars an hour and they up charge those fees by 1000 percent likely. These people dont care about you or your company. What they care about is to just send out your claims, collect whatever comes in, collect a huge hefty margin and then write off the rest.i would give them a negative 1 million stars and I hope these jerks are held accountable in the court of law. They are disgusting people and I hope karma catches up to these absolute crooks. I am disgusted by them.Please do not sign them up. You will be absolutely disappointed. Do not fall for their lies. They are the face of incompetence.
