            I have used Weedman for several years. My lawn is so green, fluffy and no weeds. They let you know ahead of time when they are coming and leave feedback for making your lawn even better. I have a few minor issues but one call has resolved it.

            My yard has looked better than anything I have tried prior to Weedman. This is my first year with them so I’m looking forward to seeing what the grass will look like after the second year!

            This was my first experience using Ween Man Lawn Service. I did go with the recommended service for my lawn. 5 applications at 144.00 and I also added the aeration and seeding for an additional 871.00 This was all confirmed by the phone conversation I had with the telephone conversation on April 12th. I wanted to make sure that the sales person had an idea of my property size. He assured me that he wouldn't of given me a quote unless he looked at my property online. I was fine with that and agreed to move foreword with their service. I agreed to pay after each application with my debit card. I did happen to talk with the tech after the 1st application and asked him if everything looked good, he told me that everything looked fine with the application. That made me feel good. Then after the third application I get a call from Weed Man (Jared H**********) on June 13th telling me that I was misquoted on the application fee and moving foreword my new quote for service would be an additional 100.00 per application. You can only imagine how unhappy I was and started asking him why after 3 applications that now my application fee goes up 100.00? If there was an issue with pricing I should of been notified immediately. I told him it felt like a bate and switch campaign and that I was not happy at all. Jared continued to try to pressure me to going with the inflated pricing, which I told him left a sour taste in my mouth with Weed Man. I explained to Jared thar I did get comparable quotes from T** ***** which were close to the initial quotes from Weed Man. Jared just kept pressuring me and talking down about T** *****. I was so fed up from this that I told Jared that I wanted to cancel my service with Weed Man and will look else where for lawn service in the future. I also told him I was filing a complaint the the BBB.

            This was my first weed man treatment in 2024. 2023 was my first year of service. I feel as if my lawn was better last year than when I was fertilizing on my own. Hopeful year two will produce even better lawn results.

            Weedman performed services at my property that were not approved, at an increased rate from the prior year, and invoiced me for these services. Upon receiving the invoice, I informed the company that I did not approve the service or the rate charged and asked them to cancel all service and cancel the provided invoice. They have refused to cancel the invoice and are still trying to charge me for service that were not consented to. I would never use this company again and will go out of my way to ensure neighbors and friends avoid the company as well.

            My yard was a complete mess before I started using Weed Man’s services. I was ready to tear it all out and start over from scratch. Within 2 treatments I could see a big improvement and within a year it looked like a completely different yard. I’ve been totally satisfied with their services and highly recommend them.

            I gave my number to their solicitor, and now my phone is spammed to death. They would use different IP phone numbers pretending to be your local callers to spam you, no matter how you block or hang up on them. Their telemarketers are well-trained and will never stop. DON'T EVER SHARE YOUR NUMBER WITH THEM!! THEY WILL SPAM YOU NON-STOP.
