THIS COMPANY IS BAD BUSINESS DONT HIRED THEM. 2023 CROWN TECH CAME OUT TO LOOK AT MY FURNACE AND ***** TIED MY ***** TO MOUNT IT.I DIDNT KNOW HE PUT ***** TIES ON IT. THIS COMPANY IS CONTRACT THREW AMERICAN HOME SHIELD.I CALLED AMERICAN SHIED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FURNACE IS MAKING NOISE ON DECEMBER 9 2024 I CALLED AMERICAN SHIELD TO SEND A TECH . THEY SEND ANOTHER COMPANY CAME ON DECEMBER ******* TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM. THE GOOD TECH SAW THE ***** TIES TIED TO THE ******* HE TOOK PICTURES AND SHOWED ME THE ***** IS BROKEN AND CROWN TECH TIED THE ***** THAT IS A BAD ***. SO THE GOOD TECH TOLD ME THAT HE CAN ORDER THE *****.THE GOOD TECH SUBMIT THE PAPERWORK TO AMERICAN SHIED. AMERICAN SHIED TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SEND CROWN TO COMEBACK AND FINISH THE *** THAT THEY CLAIM THEY HAD FIXED. SO ON DECEMBER ******* CROWN TECH CAME AND LOOK AT THE FURNACE.HE WAS DOWN THERE DOING DOING NOTHING.HE CAME WITH A PAPER SAYING THE ***** WAS BROKEN.HE TOLD ME THAT THE ***** NEED TO BE REPLACED BUT HE SAY THE ***** IS 1997 THAT IT MIGHT NOT HAVE THAT *******I TOLD HIM THE OTHER TECH SAID HE CAN ORDER IT HE GOT SURPRISED .HE TRYING TO TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ME CAUSE I AM A WOMEN.LONG STORY SHORT HE REPORT THAT I NEED A NEW FURNACE FOR $5000 LIED ON THE GOOD TECH AND SAID HE ***** TIED THE *****.THIS GUY IS TRYING TO SCAM ME AND AMERICAN SHIED.THE COMPANY MESS UP AND TRYING TO BLAME THE OTHER COMPANY. THE OTHER COMPANY SAY IT NEED A NEW ***** NOT A NEW FURNACE. DON'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS . 

Don't use this company technician said he was owner but learning some attorney is the owner we are going To have someone contact him Already reports to American *********** as the technician was caught going through upstairs bedrooms and closet. Saying he was counting vents ??Investigation in ongoing but dot leave this company unattended. In your house. 

I have been using Crown for many years. They continue to do ethical business! ****** is fantastic. I highly recommend contacting them. In a previous property, they replaced a furnace from **** and did a fabulous job, no BS. They have come out to our new house to check things out twice and are incredibly nice to do business with. Everything is working just fine. ****** even takes the time to walk you thru how to check if an A/C valve has a leak or how to read the serial number sticker to show you how big the unit is, how much coolant it holds, etc.
