I reached out to ******* through ******** about a 2012 Isuzu all black box truck. I was 4 hours away from his dealership. He promised me several times that there were no issues with the truck and that everything was great. However, after driving 4 hours I have found that the truck has NO AC and dashboard plastic was loose, naked wires and they spray painted the car black to hide rust. After leaving them a honest review, they went to my business page and left a lie 1 star review because I was honest. Horrible scammers

Please close this complaint.  Complainant didn't buy anything or do any business with our 20 year old small business.  Not sure why he wants to make an enemy but he now has our attention and must have very little to lose.

Bought a 2012 Frieghtliner M2 Dump truck on 2/20/2023. As of today 3/7/2023 the truck isn't starting. Tried speaking to dealer to no evale.

    Business response

    03/08/2023

Documents were signed by the buyer on 1/20/23.

Truck was inspected and test drove on three separate occasions by the buyer.

Truck was paid for in full on 2/1/23.

Truck was picked up and driven home on 2/15/23.

5 different documents clearly documented the sale as AS-IS.  The warranty on the truck expired 9 years ago.  A comparable new truck with a warranty costs over $200,000.

To make an inaccurate and reckless public complaint like this against a family owned business that has been in operation for 18 years, when you dont even know the scope of the problem is despicable and will not be tolerated.

If this complaint isnt withdrawn or severely edited immediately it will be met with swift legal action.  Small businesses (and the courts) are very tired of the strategy of attempting to ruin a small businesses reputation if they wont change the terms of a deal or provide service that was not promised.

If you wish to rewrite your complaint, we suggest something along the lines of:  Bought an 11 year old used commercial dump truck 6 weeks ago, with absolutely no warranty or guarantee. Went to turn the key in freezing temperatures today and it didnt start, no clue what is wrong so I called the seller and they said there wasnt much they could do from 75 miles away through the phone, so I guess I will get online and try to hurt their business.

They sold us a truck with a bad transmission and cleared the codes so the truck could be sold. The truck should not have been sold and they should be out of business. They have been refusing to answer my calls and emails regarding resolution.

We are not going to put a transmission in your bucket truck.  The warranty has been expired for over a decade.

I am rejecting this response because:

You sold us a defective truck that you knew didnt work. You had cleared the codes that would have voided the sale of the truck, but we found them when they came up in the computers memory. Please call us today (12/9/22) at ************ to discuss. If we do not hear from you, we will continue to escalate our complaints and may file a lawsuit.
