This contractor did such sub par work, there is glue coming up from this uneven floor constantly. It is costing us business daily. Said they would come back and have disappeared. Spent **** and just have glue everywhere, tiles coming up. Will have to tear it up and replace

I am rejecting this response because:
Our issue was not resolved. This email went to spam and I was unable to reply in the portal but you can see it was first viewed today. The company has provided no resolution or response. We provided much documentation and would really like any resolution. We had to put carpet over their shoddy work because glue was coming out of every tile. It seems criminal they could take thousands from us, not do the job and then just ignore us through the BBB.

owner want us to work after hours (after 7pm) we made them aware the there will be Issues to glue due to evening hours owner said "that's fine i just need to get this done"..This was done wintertime..no warranty was expressed or implied. when they commented about glue oozing out i told the it probably because it was done on a cold floor at Night(against our recommendation of doing it during daytime)..the pictures they keep sending are from when the job was first done....iCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: the information provided is false. (However, I'm glad you are now admitting you did the job after first claiming it was not your company *proving dishonest practices*) Our business closes at 6pm, was asked if you could work evenings and you said yes. No mention of the floor being too cold at that time. It took your crew several nights instead of 1 because they forgot all their tools. The leader left for several hours to get tools and left the crew behind. You didn't start until late in the evening because you didn't have tools. You came back another night with a late start for some other disorganized reason but at no time did you express that this would effect the quality of work. The floor we paid you to complete is covered in carpet currently because there is dried oozed glue all over it and the tiles were uneven. Complete embarassment to our business.

the reason i said i did no work for you is because you dealt with my son..
I did not have records of this until you send info..
i am rejecting you response.. you are showing pics of the first few nights of install which is almost 9-10 months ago..
can you provide me with pics of carpet install as it was being installed showing glue coming out?
