In their complaints, consumers alleged business charged for services that were not rendered, stating the business had not improved companies’ profits as promised. Consumers additionally alleged they were not properly informed of cost for services and allege business failed to acquire proper approval/ signature for contract to be initiated.
In April 2019 the BBB requested the company submit a plan of action to alleviate the pattern of complaints. In May 2019 the BBB received the requested plan of action from the business.
A subsequent review of complaints submitted after the plan of action was received found the pattern of complaints was still present.
