They sold me a lemon. This car was not serviced like they said it was it didnt even have an oil change done to it even though the sticker and module on the car said they were set up to date. The car has major safety issues and when i reached out they did not say anything or try to resolve this so I have reached out to a lawyer about the Illinois lemon laws.

I purchased a vehicle from Skyline Luxury Motors on 8/16/24 for the price of $5900 and an $400 was paid to deliver the car to me in ********, Mo. The car was delivered on the evening of 8/22/24. That evening I drove the car around the block in order to park it in my building's lot. I did not touch the vehicle until Saturday afternoon 8/24/24 when I drove the car 4 miles to my gym and it was upon the way back from the gym that the ******* pressure warning light came on. I drove the car to the nearest auto parts store and bought 2qts of oil. At the same time I called and texted "****" the owner of Skyline, and he never called back. I put 1.5qts in the engine and saved the .5qt in the trunk. I drove the car slowly back to my building's lot and left it there until late Sunday evening 8/25/24 when I drove the vehicle to my garage St Louis Auto and Truck, to have them perform a general inspection of the vehicle and perform the necessary Missouri emissions and safety inspections. That bill was $240. I was only able to pickup the car on Tuesday 8/27/24 and did so around 930am. The car passed the inspections. I then drove the car to the gym about 2 miles away. Upon exiting the gym I was driving home and on the off ramp to my home once again the low oil pressure came on and quickly thereafter the battery light. I was coasting down the ramp and I had no power or ability to control the vehicle. I coasted through an intersection at the foot of the ramp and the car came to a rest half in the road just past the intersection. It was then that I called **** (I sent him a pic of the odometer it read ******mi, St Louis Auto and my insurance for a tow truck. **** did not call back. I sent the car back to ************* and an hour after they received the car. I received a call and they informed me that the car had a catastrophic engine failure and basically the engine seized. I was devastated and I began to call **** incessantly and to no avail did I receive a response. I have more info
