I would like ***************** to know I am very displeased with the clinics services. I personally like him as a Veterarnarian, but they had no emergency service available for my sick ****** Terrier on a Tuesday at noon. It was bad enough your emergency clinic isn't 24 hours, let alone just not having any medical staff there during the week. The staff was helpful in scheduling an appointment at another Veterarnarian, but why would I continue services here if your appointments are going to continue to be so booked out and no emergency service is available during the week day at noon!?? Nobody wants to take their loved pet to a Veterarnarian who is not their primary provider, let alone one who advertises an emergency clinic but doesn't have any medical staff during the week day at noon.

Over the past couple years, we've had several emergencies, as well as chronic conditions with our pets. We switched to Lakeside and have been very pleased with both locations. All of the vets and support staff have been wonderful, and we appreciate them. Had spent years and $$$$ trying to find out why one cat was vomiting. They had a diagnosis quickly and he's doing well now. They're not only great with the animals, they're kind to owners, too.

My little guy was in heart failure so we rushed into this clinic. I asked him several times please let me see him. And I was refused I had to sit in my vehicle for five hours while he laid in suffered in a cage for five hours. Only time I got to see him with him I had to put him down. I was there for his first breath and I was there for his last. Im disabled so my dad is taking us. Heres my little guide heart failure and all the doctor could say was she had more emergency animals that needed attending the my little guy. He was struggling for breath from the moment we left this house to regard to the clinic. Its been three weeks now but its been very hard three weeks. I kept trying to stress to them it is importants to me. But they would talk over me and not listen I wasnt even treated like a normal human being let alone them treating my little Snickers in the way that they should have. Im not angry Im just so brokenhearted him being in a strange place walk to the cage for five hours. It still hurts just as much today as it did then. This clinic does not care about your pet at all. I asked to use the restroom because I have an ileostomy. I asked when the ladies buying the desk and I please have a little bit of water. She shot her chair across the room and told me next time when you want something to drink you drive up the street and get it. I didnt think it was too much to ask didnt wanna leave the parking lot because my little ***** was still in there. I urge people to please not go there. Do some research before you do.
