Sent the wrong grips, didnt respond to any emails until they sent, "send us some pictures" which I did that minute,no response after several days and a few more emails from me, finally they said send them back and we will pay after we receive them, there website says do not return without a return authorization number, which they did not send, sounds a lot like trickery, poor communications and even worse service, almost fraud likeReview from Luigi S

I had ordered the grips for my Beretta **** Cougar, they arrived quickly and well packed, but the color of the wood was very different from those in the photo, dark instead of light !!! Have ordered many sets of grips for multiple different firearms, all have been of excellent fit and quality! Some have required minimal fitting for specific older firearms, as stated on the website, no issues with the fitting. Excellent grips, excellent service, I continue to order grips as they are available for replacement of stock grips. Beautiful grips and I would highly recommend, no complaints with this company whatsoever.

****** seems to have difficulty reading our installation instructions, and worse, isn't familiar with firearms enough to know of the inconsistencies of the Walther PPK pistols. Yes, if your gun matches the factory specifications (and not all Walther PPK models do), the grips will fit fine, as we make the grips directly from the guns themselves. However, if like so many of these guns, their frame is NOT within specification, some fitting may be needed. While this is clearly stated on our website and we expect adult customers to read the information that is presented to them, those who refuse to read or ignore what we've taken the time to explain to buyers are not going to understand such concepts. ******, we're sorry you feel this way, but we TOLD you about this in replying to your e-mails, and you still refused to comprehend reality. But it is easier to blame everyone else for your shortcomings, isn't it?
