We were given bids for 5 properties. We had them complete the biggest, most expensive project first. They did prep work for two of the other projects. Once the biggest paying one was completed we were basically ghosted by the company. Not even 3 moths later there was an issue with one spot in the asphalt where the ground underneath wasn’t properly packed so the asphalt has buckled. It’s caused a tripping hazard on my property. We tried contacting them in several ways over several months with no response. We started leaving bad reviews, finally got a response. Said they would be out several times and still have not seen or heard from them. It’s coming up on the one year mark in a few months, was supposed to come with a one year warranty. I guess if they don’t fix it I’ll pay someone else to and take them to court over it. It’s a shame we could’ve had a great business relationship, I have eight properties, lots of contacts and I’ll never recommend them.

I spoke to the property owner and we will be out ti fix the issue when the asphalt plants open back up in the spring. We was not able to fix the problem when it first made aware to us because it's in the drive lane of an automatic car wash and needed to be done after 5pm when they close and we can't get hot asphalt after 3pm and it will not be hot enough to fix if we can't start until 5pm.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: They did not respond to any of our calls or text messages about the issue until we started leaving reviews and contacting bbb. We asked if they could do it after we closed because we are often busy. We even attempted to contact them when we thought it would be slow to see if they would complete it with no response. If it was an issue they should have said so. He never mentioned that the asphalt plants were an issue.
