We reached out to this company for a toilet repair. They continued to upsell my wife while I was not present and placed my name as a primary on a $19,000 loan on Nov 29th &#**;23.

We feel as a company we did not do anything wrong. The customer received an estimate from us and moved forward with the estimate. We provided the work on the estimate. We have contacted the customer and will try to resolve the issue.

My fan went out in my furnace and I called them to check on that I started paying a monthly service fee for my furnace in the amount of $11.95 and I changed that to have a a monthly fee for my furnace, hot water tank, and my ac and the amount changed to $19.95. So, then when they came out the motor went out in my furnace and I paid $715.60 for the repair. Before he started the work he took pictures of the inside of my furnace. My furnace was running ok, but it was not warming the house up. A lady called and she scheduled a appt to service my furnace. They came out on 11/22/2023 and they informed me that my furnace was twenty years old, the seal is corroded and they can finance. I explained to them then that they just replaced the fan and they took pictures all three times and why did they not tell me this before. He told me that I could not use my furnace so I have not been using my furnace. I do not think it was right for them to put repair the furnace and I paid and now they have condemned the furnace. I would like to be refunded my $715.60 because they know from the beginning that the furnace was condemned.

We called Morrison to our residence because our basement started taking on water after they replaced our plumbing. The technician that came out explained that it was due to the soil being disturbed due to the plumbing. The technician informed us we would need a sump pit put in and promised once the sump pit was in we wouldn't experience any more water. The sump pit was placed in our crawl space in April 2022 as the technician noted that was the only place the sump pit could be placed. Well the next heavy rain fall we had water come into our basement and Morrison sent out a technician. The technician informed me the sump pit was dry and after contacting staff at Morrison we were informed we would need to call out a waterproofing company. The technician also informed me Morrison would make it right since the sump pit did not resolve our problem with water coming into the basement. We called Morrison and was informed that the Technician reported the sump pit was dry and nothing could be done. Fast forward to now when we could afford a waterproofing company to assess the issue. Each company we have called out has provided quotes for a sump pump because the sump pit Morrison installed was placed in an area that never saw water and never collected water. We are now paying for a sump pump to be installed to fix the problem that Morrison reported they had fixed but did not. We now have a sump pit in our crawl space that we still are paying for that has no affect to our home and does nothing to benefit us.
