I took my 2015 Honda Pilot in for a routine wheel alignment on Friday. When I drove the car on the highway Saturday, there was this huge consistent rubber sounding noise whenever I went over 50 MPH. I brought the car back to them on the following Tuesday and explained the issue. The guy at the counter said that a wheel alignment would not cause that noise and that it must be something else. He said for $40 they could look at it again. I was shocked, as I said, but there was nothing wrong with the car before I brought it into them and now its making a loud rubber road noise coming from what I assumed were the tires. He once again said that they could look at it for $40 to see if there was something else wrong with it. I asked if the work they did was guaranteed but he simply ignored me and seem to want to move on. So in the end I had nothing left to do but leave with a now very noisy car and out $119 for the alignment that clearly messed up my car. No wonder there were help wanted signs in their windows. So I called Tires Plus main number and after giving them all my information they said that the Tires Plus I went to was not one of theirs. I was shocked needless to say. She said that some Tires Plus are not associated with them and are independently owned. That seems very shady to me to have a company represent themselves as a Tires Plus with all the same logos and colors and even the receipt said Tires Plus on their letterhead. I am usually a trusting person, but this has tarnished my trust in companies who would take advantage of people like me and my family, but most especially my son, since it is his car. I am now at a loss of what to do...
