    I was there on 12/5 for the ***** ****** concert and my power spray was confiscated and pocketed. They offered no option to come back for it and I didn't see it thrown out.     I paid $472 for tickets to an Usher concert at the venue on 10/28/2024. I was given seats with puke on them.The ushers sent me to an *** seat instead where they then pulled me again to give the seat to someone in a wheelchair. I ended up without a seat and was not allowed to enter the stadium anywhere, thus missing the concert. I want a full refund. Ticketmaster denied any wrongdoing, placing blame on the United Center.

    United Center *********************************** To Whom It May ********* am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding the vicious attack on my son, *************************, and his friends that took place at your venue on Saturday, June 1, 2024, during the Chi City Classic. The lack of adequate security measures allowed a violent mob action to unfold, resulting in severe injuries and trauma to my son.******* sustained multiple injuries from this unprovoked attack. The trauma he and his friends experienced is unimaginable, and it is deeply troubling that such an incident could occur within the premises of the United Center. This venue, known for hosting significant events, should have had sufficient security and police presence to prevent and defuse any such violent occurrences.Adding to our distress, there are multiple videos of the attack circulating on social media. These videos are a ***** testament to the failure of security protocols at your facility. I intend to forward these videos to media outlets to bring public attention to this grievous lapse in safety measures, which should never have taken place at your venue.Given the severity of the incident and its impact on my son, I demand immediate contact regarding the steps the United Center will take to address this situation and provide assistance with Marquels injuries. This incident reflects a severe breakdown in ensuring the safety and security of your patrons, and I am gravely disappointed by the United Centers failure to protect my son and his friends.I expect a prompt and comprehensive response to this matter.Respectfully,***************************

    I bought two tickets of event on 8th Jan. ******** because I cannot come to there I decided to refund one of them and already transfer another to my friend. Then ************ refused my request. But I think its unreasonable. There is still many days before the event begin and Ticketmaster only has really high expensive ticket of that section, they definitely can resale my ticket in a lower price( which is the price I bought ), that is a win win. Unless they only want to make money and didnt consider me and other consumers feeling.

    Purchased assigned seats for the venue date of 10/5/20** using the map provided at the time of purchase (12/7/2021). Price paid for 2 seats Row 3 Section 113 seats 3 & 4 total $763.97. The venue map placed these seats at 3 rows to the side of the main floor and 11 rows in front of the stage. The seating position in relation to the performance were as sold at the time to be 100% non obstructed viewing. The result was the actual position of the stage on the date of the performance was not as advertised at the time of purchase and was in fact placed 10 rows further into the main floor area. This resulted in a ~80% obstructed view and was not able to see the majority of the performance. Contacting the United Center led to a blame game to contact Ticket Master who blames the United Center and a zero resolution. Order # **-21704/CH1.
