            I am writing to express my concerns regarding the handling of my case following a car accident that occurred on July 13, 2024.I was rear-ended while at a stop light, which necessitated visits to the ** and urgent care due to worsening back pain and persistent migraines. Initially, I received assistance from **** ******* and the paralegal at ****, who helped me with physical therapy locations and other related matters.However, I have encountered several issues that remain unresolved. Despite the adjuster's claim that the rattling noise in my car was not caused by the accident, I am certain it was. Consequently, I had to cover the out-of-pocket costs for repairs. Additionally, I have been trying to reach ****** J. ****** for approximately two months without success.Although I received a $1,000 advance for a car rental, it was entirely consumed by rental expenses. Furthermore, I had to pay out-of-pocket for a cortisone shot and medication for my back pain, as well as for the car repairs.I have repeatedly contacted ******* ******* and Associates in *******, only to be told that someone would reach out to me. Despite my follow-up calls, I have been informed by ****** that "*** is very busy and will get to you when he can." This lack of communication and support has left me feeling neglected and discriminated ********** has been three months since I last heard from my attorney, despite the initial promises of full support. I am now battling the insurance company on my own and covering expenses out of my own pocket. If your firm is unable to assist me, I kindly request that my files be transferred to another law firm that can provide the necessary support. I feel that I am not being treated fairly, and I am concerned that this may be due to discrimination against African American customers.I simply want to be treated fairly and receive the support that was promised to me. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
