            I took my vehicle to the shop to get the passenger front door repaired. They told my insurance company and myself it would take 2 days to fix. I dropped my car off 7/17/24, at 8:53am.. The boss said he has all the parts to fix it, no need for it to go anywhere. At 9:34 am on 7/17/24 the same day I dropped my car off they started driving my car around the city. They don't know I have a app on my phone and it lets me know if my car has been moved even if I am in it or not. I checked my app around 4 pm yesterday and I see my car was driven 6 different times and they drove 50.4 miles in my car. Now I am trying to retrieve my vehicle, I don't trust this company to do anything to my vehicle

            I Olympia spoke with customer on 7/18/2024 approximately ******. regarding the concern about the vehicle being driven. As discussed on the call the app being used may not be accurate. We have 24-hour surveillance footage that confirms the car has not left our location. I offered to go over this footage.
