            On may 8 of 2022 I was in a car accident were it was a hit and run. I have contacted my insurance and they recommended me me sending my vehicle to new vision collision which located on ****************** may 20 my insurance company sent a tow to come pick up my vehicle and drop it off to new vision. Since that day I was renting a car from enterprise all the way up to the ended of October were I spent a lot of my money out of my pockets renting a vehicle to get back and forth to work. I was told numerous of times every month that my vehicle would be ready that month but nothing never happen. Every time I have showed up at the shop to see if they have done any services there was never no luck. My insurance company have been sent out me a check to get the service done and I have gave it to the owner but they still havent did anything yet the only thing they do is tell me lies and excuses. Its going on almost a whole year and I havent received my car yet and Im just tired of paying a $600 car note and $215 insurance every month on a car that I havent even driving.

            ****** the manager at the repair shop ignores my phone calls . He makes up stories to tell me when i reach out about the car and tells story about fixing on the car when he do not. He has had the car for over six months yet still cant figure out what the problem is and is doing anything to the car rather then releasing it to a place that can fix it . I constantly have to call him after he declined my calls multiple times to get a update on the car , he is unprofessional he takes his time to order parts and have no urgency to getting the car back to me which i am paying a car note and insurance on. He rather fix on cars that is paying him upfront then with insurance so he do not need to be partnered with a insurance company . He told me my car was already ready and i went up there and my car looked the same as when i dropped it off it should not take a year to fix a car that the estimate was only 12 hours to fix
