    I brought my car in on December 2nd 2024 at 9:15am to get a leak fixed and my air filter changed at *************************************** (Baha Auto Service). I came to pick up my car at around 5:20pm. I then realized my car did not look the same from when I brought it in. It had a big dent on the driver side fender. I asked them if I can take a look at their camera footage. They refused to show me their footage from the morning because they had forgotten their password. I then asked them if I could leave my information and get video footage when they get a chance to reset their password. They refused and told me to file a police report. The following day December 3rd I come back to speak to a manager and they tell me the same thing. Now I filed a police report but I still dont have a solution from them and now I have to pay out of pocket to get my car fixed.

    Filed by an agent.The business did not do what was requested. The consumer took his car in for an engine light issue. The business then completed work on his vehicle and charged him $5,000 He then had to take it to another shop to get additional work done. The new shop stated that this business did not complete any work on the car. He would like a refund for the services he paid for that were not rendered.

    10 years and we are trying to resolve his claim that repairs were not completed.

    I have a 2015 ********** Passat that I purchased from Baha 2 years ago.I get all my work done by them including my oil changes that I have been getting from them since I purchased my car from them.I recently got an oil change on 12-15-2022 and a few days after that my oil light came back on so I called to talk to ***** and I said my light is on she said ok its nothing they just didnt reset so I said ok I bring it in when I get some free time not knowing all the time it wasnt no oil in my car because I trust them .. so days a week after that my car start sounding like a race car and my engine light came on so I took it to auto zone to see what was wrong and they said you need a camshaft sensor so I took it to a shop to get it done on 12-27-2022 and the man said the only reason that you might need that sensor of its not no oil in your car so let me check your oil I said ok but I just had an oil change and when he go to check it wasnt no oil in my car and he said thats why your car is making that noise they didnt put no oil in your car so I take it back to Baha to let them know and show proof of videos and with my paperwork from the shop telling them that it wasnt no oil in my car and they didnt believe me and they force me out they shop without given me my money back from my oil change which was 86 bucks !!

    To whom it may concern; *************** did in fact have her oil change done at our facility on 12/15/22 at which time she had ******* miles on her vehicle. She did call and inform us that her oil light was on and so we asked her to stop by the shop so that we might  reset it or see what the cause might be. She replied and said that she was going out of town to ********* and would come in at her earliest convenience. When she came into our shop two weeks and over a thousand miles later she explained that after driving from ******* to ********* and back along with her everyday driving, her vehicle was making a loud strange sound. She took the vehicle to another shop that told her the car had no oil in the system. We asked *************** to allow us to inspect her vehicle for oil leaks as it is impossible for a vehicle to continue to drive without oil in the system for that long of a period of time (two weeks in this case)  and much less from one state to another. We told her that she could stand right next to the technician and manager as the inspection was being done and even record if she so wished but she declined multiple times. *************** became extremely belligerent and proceeded to yell out profanities and was being very disrespectful to our staff, who has been nothing but nice and professional to her for the past two years. We have no issue with returning her money for the cost of the oil change if in fact we did not refill it, but *************** did not allow us the opportunity to verify if that was the case so that we could prevent that from happening again or if the vehicle actually had an oil leak. At this point as we told *************** we'd hate to loose her as a customer and would like to offer her a free oil change on her next service due date.

    I purchased a car and later ( 6/29/2022) discover that it has frame damage that you were not told about , Branded title my lender is looking into this i just really want them to take this car back ( Baha auto) my next step is a law suit
