I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by this law firm. The attorneys were unresponsive, unprofessional and lacked knowledge in the area of law pertaining to my case. The communication was poor and I felt like I was constantly in the dark about the progress of my case. Overall, I would not recommend this law firm to anyone seeking legal assistance.

I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with services and attorneys. No one and absolutely no one answers phone calls when you clearly see that they are open. They in the beginning use to call and send tons of emails to me in regard to pursing my bankruptcy. Now they don't email or call at all. Not to mention that every other week if not every other day its someone new taking on my case. I don't know who these people are, all I know is my information shouldn't be passed around to many people and not letting me the client know. Currently I was laid off which I receive unemployment benefits, I spoke to someone that Friday October 21st (To be exact) in regard to the final decision that the judge quote on quote made when my attorney went to court and "Pleaded" my case. I told the guy that they need to go back to court, and let the judge know about my financial change and employment status. He told me it takes them ONE WEEK to file the claim. Here we are November 17, NOT A PHONE CALL, EMAIL, OR FOLLOW UP in regard to my attorney going to court to change the final decision, My unemployment insurance been in effect for almost a month now and again NO COMMUNICA from THEM. But then they go feel some type of way when they DONT GET PAID when the time come. I'm paying any COMPANY which to say sadly I have been paying them for NOT DOING their job! I been doing the leg work in my opinion 65% of it. One minute they needed certain documents, then the next they weren't required, One minute they say they have retrieved the documents on behalf then the next, we can't proceed with your court case, Make it make sense because at this point in time I REFUSE to pay them another dollar for not doing THEIR JOB! Then finally they send a letter in the mail to me in regards to the final decision and I see names of people I never communicated to or sent information to. All I can say is one word UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and did I mention UNPROFESSIONAL
