    My name is ********************* and I am a season ticket holder. I have reached out to several members of the White **************** concerning the shooting that took place on August 25th, 2023 around 8:12pm. I no longer feel safe in the stadium do to the passive reaction and the inactivity of the organization and falsehoods spread by the owner. I have remaining season tickets as well a down payment for future tickets. I am formally requesting a refund for the tickets from that day and the tickets I have remaining as well as the down payment. The stadium is not safe, the security is passive, and the checks inadequate and allow contraband and guns into the stadium, and the employed retired police officers think its a joke and laugh about it in public safety meetings. Representatives of public safety in Chicago think its a joke and are employed by the White Sox. It is an absolute shame for a team I have been a fan of for decades.On August the 25th, 2023 there was a shooting within the confines of the Chicago White Sox Park that caused two documented gunshot wound victims. I was present at this game and was accompanied by five women who I was taking on birthday celebration to enjoy the City of Chicago and the White Sox as well as the ticketed concert event on the field after the game. I have been a lifelong White Sox Fan.I became aware of this shooting in the 6th inning. At this time, I observed the area of the shooting in section 162. I then became aware the shooting had taken place at 812 pm during the 3rd inning. The scene was still not secured, and no one had at that area had deemed the area safe. Witnesses reported an audible pop, two casualties were assessed, blood was on the ground, a small arms fired bullet was recovered on scene. This is a crime scene and no gun had yet been recovered. The entire staff in an act the is near criminal negligence passively did nothing.

    I attended the Guardians VS White Sox game on 9/22/22. When I went to buy my nachos at one of the ***************************************************************** to remove it I did so. I was then told by the person working that concession stand that I pulled it too soon and would have to do it again. I told them I waited until it said remove card but she insisted it didnt go through and had to do it again. The next day I checked my credit card and as I feared I got charged twice for the one nacho I ordered (two charges for $7.48 right after each other). I tried emailing, calling (was redirected to the voice mail of the head of concessions when I called), and even sent a message on ******** but still have not received an email or call back. All I want is one of the $7.48 charges refunded to my CC as I only bought one and got charged twice. I was there for the whole series and bought plenty of other items (food and merchandise with no problem). Really hope this issue can be fixed quickly. Ive also attached a copy of the receipt from the legit purchase which includes pertinent information like the cashier, location of the concessions stand, etc

    We ordered a shirt and tickets during a *** auctions charity event on tv through the White Sox. That was June 21st. We have no product, no tickets, no reply to 4 email outreaches to the organization. We would love our purchase or a refund. To do good in the world, follow through is key
