            Hi, The reason I'm reaching to BBB is to finally put an end to a restless situation of not properly honor warranties. I bought on December 3rd, 2022 Tempur-Pedic base and mattresses from Mattress Firm. The model is Split King (2 bases, 38" x 80" each)Tempur-Ergo Extend Smart with Sleep Tracker. The reason I spend that sum of money was because I want to be able to wake up at easy after been discharged from an open heart surgery on December 7th 2022. Since the first delivery on December 6th, were issues with the bases: The 1st one, the fabric was broken and they took that base with them. While in the hospital the second delivery was made, this time a different model was delivered, but the base stays until the next delivery. Once discharged, the 3rd delivery came with a base that didn't showed any signs of damage, but once you laid on it and lift the head part, make a sound that awakes anyone, same way going down. I have also sleep apnea and can't make use of the sleep tracker neither because of the sound that makes when moving. Needless to say, I can't adjust the bed overnight.Once I did a warranty claim directly with Tempur-Pedic, they sent me a technician (Feb 21st) to made a diagnostic. He said the base is bad and made the example of a car's chase when bended by a crash. Since then, is all about me calling after not receiving calls back or emails detailing the next delivery date. Lately a new game add up, pickups without delivery, that was on August 25th and 30th 2023. Now they wanted me to stay indefinitely without a base?, is bad as is, I don't want make it worse.I want someone to refund me for a base that they charged full amount but in 9 months I can't give it the full use yet, just nights without proper rest after discharged from hospital. Also I want them to deliver once and for all! I don't understand this hide and seek game they have for months, if all they have to do is deliver a base, like any other new delivery.Thanks for your time and Good day.
