            I recently purchased the ondemand subscription for this business. I reached out a day later letting them know there were technical issues and I couldn't access (I have email proof). They never responded. I requested to cancel. I had tried to cancel on the app and the website but there's no way to do so. Looks like I'm still being charged. I request they cancel my account and refund my card.

            Fyi- this is not regarding our business.  This is for TITLE Boxing Clubs.  We are TITLE Boxing LLC and do not have anything to do with memberships.  We sell boxing equipment only.

            Please let me know if a response is still needed and I will do so Monday when I am back in office.

            Hi ******,

            Thanks for responding. It's been more of a struggle than anything to find the entity that sells the ondemand boxing subscriptions. Everyone keeps saying that's handled by someone else.

            Since you're under the title boxing umbrella, I request that you please do a bit of research internally and provide me the contact information for the correct entity. Thank you!

            The gym put me in collections without ever sending me a warning of a late payment and the late payment is less than 30 days

            Hello, all delinquent members are contact via email and text by ***************** time before the hired collections teams makes any efforts. After 30 day of delinquency  a third party collection team attempt to collect any payments owed.
