I have rented from Avail for close to a year. Never was late returning a car, never had an accident, always sent in post and drop off pictures, and always returned the cars back with a full tank of gas. Out of the blue, Avail suspends my account, and say they can't go into detail.Avail has poor customer service and has canceled reservation unexpectedly over the year I rented for them. On four occasions, the box to pick up the keys could not be opened, and I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get the issue resolved. I was planning to stop renting from them anyway, and suspending my account with out explanation was definitely the nail in the coffin. Don't rent from Avail. The cheap prices, come with cheap customer service. This company has all the hallmarks of being a scam and should be avoided at all cost.Review from Joon L

I was using avail for awhile and always returned car without problems until recently they canceled all of my existing reservation and not allow to making new reservations without telling any reasons. Tried to contact them for reasons but they are not giving out any information whatsoever. I was hoping to know the reason so if there is any misunderstanding or misinformation that has been happened for this reason. It was so frustrating for them to do this in last minute that I was planning to use their service. Furthermore, no explanation behind of their action. I assumption is maybe I recently start booking one of their cheapest vehicle and insurance fee waived due to I have my own insurance and complaints about the car that was been dirty (alcohol bottle at the back seat) which was reasonable complaints. I don't understand of their action and hope they are more transparent on their action for doing their business. Very unsatisfied.Review from Lori M

Rented from them twice and had huge issues each time. The first time, the car I had reserved had a dead battery and customer service was unable to help or find me a replacement so my plans that weekend were totally ruined. The second car I rented had low tire pressure on one of the tires and it ended up coming apart when I tried to put air in it. I was dealing with Avail customer service all day trying to get someone to come tow the car from my apartment but roadside assistance never came. They have no option to talk to customer service on the phone and only have their very inept text support system. They are so beyond incompetent and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a car share.Review from Vanessa S

Re write this: I feel like the customs service Ive had since Ive been booking with Avail has been horrible however I kept giving them more chances. I felt like they treated me like an animal all that money *** spent on renting with them the customer service I received from them has been a headache. They have blocked me from renting a vehicle. I rented a car last time with a scratch I made sure to take pictures and sent to customer service they informed me that they notated it thats not it I even reached out to them about gas tank not being full sent them a picture. I was trying to book with them I seen I was not approved to book with them they wouldnt give me a reason to why I was blocked they made me pay for the gas that was missing the customer support told me I can bring the gas the same amount I picked it up as. So I paid the ten dollars because they were giving me a hard time. After I paid that money they canceled my reservation and wouldnt tell me why. As a customer I am beyond hurt from the customer service Ive received from them after I know I have done nothing but the wrong thing. I asked to chat with a supervisor they always tell me I am talking to the highest supervisor they have I wanted to file a complain at least someone maybe able to reach out to me and resolve my issue as a customer
