    On September 2, 2024, I came to Nationwide car wash for a car wash. The woman that serviced me didn't do a good job. Every few minutes she would ask me if anything let her know. You should know how to wash a car. I don't like to micro manage and tell people how to do their jobs. She spent more time getting the *** off my car than cleaning it. My car was half clean for $25 plus $5 tips. Streaks on my windows, sunroof residue because it was properly washed and rinsed. Tire rims were dirty, the car mats wasn't properly place back in the car. Dirt was on the roof of my car. The worker seem like she was high or drunk. The manager and his son didn't bother to help her. I ask for a towel myself to clean my car. The service was very poor and as a manager you oversee your workers. Instead, another car pulls in he washes another car with son. On several occasion he walked by and see she wasn't doing a good job. I have been going to this carwash off and on for a few years. But, the service I received was terrible.

    Today 7/20/22at 9:15am I went to drop my car off to be hand washed and detailed and usually a worker by the name of ***** is the one who lets me leave my vehicle and pick it up on my break at 12pm there has never been a problem until today when he basically told me I cannot leave my car with him because I never tipped him prior to his services before of cleaning my vehicle I proceed to tell him I never knew he felt this way or wanted a tip and that he could have told me and I would of understood. He then proceeded to tell me that he shouldn't have to tell me this if I am complementing him on his service, I should have given him a tip on my own without him suggesting one. He then proceeded to Tell me that, that is the reason why the other workers don't want to clean my car is because I don't tip the workers anymore. I have tipped the workers in the past $10, $20, 40 even $60 because of their service and I have been going to this carwash for about a year and there was never a problem until I wasn't always able to tip for more than $5 or $10 and sometimes, I just really didn't have the extra money to spare I would just have the fee for my car being cleaned. I did bring this issue to the owner of the carwash daughter **** 7/2022 and she stated that she appreciated my service and me getting my car cleaned at this establishment a couple of times a week she even gave me a free spray air freshener for my vehicle to show her appreciation and it made me want to continue being serviced at this carwash. today when I was denied service was like a kick in the face and to have another worker present and stating that I never tipped the worker ***** and others made me feel like I was being ganged up on by a bunch of older men who just in reality did not want me coming to their establishment ever again and so I suggested I will just never come back because of how I am being forced to pay more than what the service price is and ***** said the other worker look at me like he agreed.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***'s Carwash staff and managers are lying, and it is very disrespectful and very unprofessional to call a former customer nasty after the numerous amounts of money I have spent with this carwash for years that I have been getting my car cleaned at this establishment. I have never treated the staff wrong other than bringing my car back to be cleaned properly after I done paid $28 to have my car spray waxed and cleaned inside and out and the cleaning was done poorly along with dirt and smudges from the workers drying my car off was visible along with dirt and smudges left on my chrome wheels. Regardless the workers at this carwash broke my car lighter port iPhone charger that I purchased of  amazon for $30 and placed it on the passenger side seat near the front middle consul so I wouldn't notice but I did and when it was brought to *********************** attention, she asked her workers and they said they didn't do it and she immediately agreed with them, and I the customer was wrong and once I stated this to her, she offered to give me another charger that was compatible with iPhone that was cheap and not of quality like the one that was broken by her workers. I have submitted video evidence of  me speaking with the owner whom stated that he had given me a free car wash on 9/6/2012 which was a lie as you can see from my credit card statement I was charged $22 and when I showed hm this he still said that I was lying, and his daughter was right she did give me a free wash which she didn't in order to compensate my charger being broken. I also have video evidence of me speaking with the owner about why they won't wash my car anymore and he didn't even make sense at all about why I was being treated this way. I would like my $30 for my charger that was broken while at their establishment and I will like the $22 that I was charged for by *********************** when she was told by her father which is the owner to give me that carwash for free.

    I am rejecting this response because: ***'s carwash never gave me a free wash ever in all the years I have been going to this establishment. I have submitted valuable evidence showing that I was charged for all transactions for the month of September 2022 before I was denied service by the owner. I also have submitted video evidence of the conversation I had with the owner of this establishment which is the father of *********************** and *********************** herself about the previous incident when she charged me for a car wash that her father stated was supposed to be free. *********************** is creating a false narrative and statement on her behalf as well as the staff stating that I required services that was outside of the services that are provided by this carwash. Also, I only previously went to this carwash for a cleaning inside and out of my vehicle and spray wax. I was not aware of the fact that the workers could be tipped or was expecting one because I assumed that was already a part of their pay from this employer, so I stopped tipping the workers because I didn't have too. ***'s carwash is a family-owned business and as you can see, they are going to stick together and lie together. I need for the evidence that I submitted to be looked at which shows that ***'s carwash and staff are lying it's my proof and I will like something to be done about this matter I was never paid for the charger that was broken while having my car cleaned nor was I given my money back for the free was that *********************** charged me for bank statements/ transaction don't lie so I am rejecting to resolve this matter until the evidence I have submitted has been looked at and compared and contrasted to what I have stated within the 1st complaint and this rejection please and thank you.
