    I placed an order with this company online on 9/30/2024. I have not received the order or tracking information. I have sent 3 emails to their customer service requesting an update and have received no response. My order number is Order: #*******

    Recent shipment of comics tracking number **************************. Received notification that my package was delivered, I went to my mailbox within 10 minutes of the notification to find no package had been delivered. I called the post office and they stated they cannot do anything and to contact the sender to find a solution. I have sent several emails ( only form of communication given) over a 2 week period. I have yet to receive any sort of response and yes I do check my spam folder. I have been subscribing to gmart for over a year and have not had this issue until now. They state on their website they respond to emails usually within a 48 hour period.

    Purchased an item, but the order was canceled. Given store credit that will not get used. Emailed the company twice, but no response, and they are keeping my money hostage because they failed to deliver my item.

    The business said they would charge my card continuously $2.60 per month for comics. Yet, they have charged me twice with no comics delivered. I want the subscription canceled and they don't even offer that option. I don't care if I get my money back at this point. I want everything canceled and my card removed. I've had enough at this point. They make empty promises and take money with no product!!

    I bought this TMNT Last Ronin comic book issue #3 first edition from G-Mart.com for ***** total with shipping. I received the comic book slightly damaged and i want a different one. I tried to call and email them he emailed me back to send photos of the comic book. Then I tried to reply back with photos of the comic but he blocked me by email and phone. Therefore I'm filing this complaint. Ive submitted the photos of the comic book on how it arrived to me here so show my proof. Also submitted my proof of purchase by email. Thanks.

    We received ******* email on Sunday and I did indeed ask him to send photos.  However, we never received any further correspondence.

    "Blocking someone's email" isn't actually a thing.  You can instruct your email client to send someone's email to spam, but I haven't done that, and we don't have any emails from him in our spam folder.

    My guess is that ***** tried to send an email with the photos, but maybe it didn't send because the file size was too big?  (He also says he's attaching photos of the damage to this BBB complaint, but the only attachments I see are his screenshots of the sale.)

    We also have no unanswered voice mails from him.

    Would ***** like to try sending an email with the photos again?  (If the photo sizes are too big, he may need to send one photo at a time.)
