I purchased from Brads Deals and never got my product. I contacted them and they also said they would reship. To this day I did not get the product. I asked for a refund and to this day I have NOT received it back. Total scam.Brad's Deals, LLC Response

We are very sorry to hear of the issue. We just searched our emails and do not see any correspondence with the email address you have provided here to BBB. Can you confirm which email address you used to write to us from and what email address you sent the message to?
We don't sell anything, and have no way of reshipping any items. We scour the internet to find the best online deals and we share them with our readers. When you click a deal you are taken to the retailer's website where you make your purchase directly from them, not us. So if you find a ****** deal on our site that you are interested in, when you click "Check It Out" you will be taken to the exact product on ****** website and from there, your transaction is handled 100% by ******. We just share the deals but we have nothing to do with your purchase itself.
To get an order status update (or request a replacement be sent) you will need to contact the retailer directly. Do you recall who the retailer was? If not, you should see the name on your order confirmation email or next to the charge on your account under the description field.
If you still can't find it, please tell us the deal you ordered (details about the item, brand, color etc.), the date you ordered, and the price you paid and we can do our best to find the retailer you need to contact.

Total scam-I ordered but the product never showed up, then I was told by "customer service" that is would be reshipped when that did not happen, I requested a refund, I was strung along from the "customer service" that they were processing a refund until it was too late to dispute with card company, the "product" was supposed to be an overstock sale from bed bath and beyond, the charge was posted as A ISLAND IMPORTS, emails were from brads deals. I was scammed after clicking the brads deals link to ensure I was buying a product through Brads Deals.Brad's Deals, LLC Response

Hi! We would love to try to help you figure this out. We don't share deals from Bed, Bath and Beyond Overstock. Can you confirm the email address that sent you the deal you are referring to? I created a ****'s deal account thinking in good faith I would be getting a good deal. I know they get paid when somebody clicks on one of their ads and purchases something but I didn't think this company would be so greedy that it would not vet the companies that they allowed to post on their website. I placed an order for a pair of shoes from one of the companies they promote and the company said they can't find my order they can't find me anywhere even though I attached a screenshot of my order they just gave me the runaround. I would rather pay full price then deal with the ************* like ****'s Deals. More like ****'s bad deals.Brad's Deals, LLC Response

I placed an order with ****'s Deals on August 7, 2023 on September 10 the tracking number showed it was delivered but I did not receive the order. I contacted them on September 13 to let them know I did not receive it. On September 17 they told me they sent another order that would require my signature. This tracking number showed it was delivered November 14. I did not receive it. I contacted them again. I have a camera on my front door and a ring camera. This order was not delivered. This was their reply:Thank you for contacting us.We feel very sorry that you failed to receive the package successfully again, but please allow me to explain why the package was not successfully delivered.Since this is the second time you have failed to receive the package, I think the courier has some problems with the delivery service in your area. We have filed a claim with them already. Although they still refused to bear 100% of the loss of the order since the package was shown delivered, we tried our best to require them to increase the proportion of the compensation for the loss as much as possible.With our unremitting efforts, we have obtained a 60% refund for you. I know this may be different from the ratio you expected, but please understand that we also suffered a huge loss as the products were sold at a very low price already. We would appreciate it if you could understand our difficulty.Your package was delivered directly to the delivery address by the courier we cooperate with.Please allow me to apologize again for the current situation. We look forward to your reply soon.I live in *******, in a house and not a gated community, there should be no issues getting a delivery to me. I get all my other deliveries and 60% refund when I did not receive my order is unacceptable. So disappointed in this company. NO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION. I ordered the pink "*******" 40oz tumbler on 8/1 from ****'s Deals somehow via Bed ************** Order confirmation came from brads-deal at adgzt dot com. Obviously, I never received the order. Contacted customer service on 9/1 and was asked if I would accept a re-ship. Agreed to that and again never received. Contacted customer service again on 10/1 and demanded a refund, to which they offered to send me a 90% refund. NO SURPISE, I am still waiting. I've now reported the transaction to my credit card company. Credit card has now been closed. Your website should screen your partners for fraudulent websites and your company should be responsible for these purchases. Shut down your website until you can resolve this problem and refund monies lost by your customers. This is the 2nd and last item I will ever order from "****'s Deals" and I will warn everyone I know not to do business with ****'s Deals.Brad's Deals, LLC Response
