            I am filing a claim against Kinexx, a modular home constructor, due to unresolved issues with our home.Flooring Problem: We moved into the home in February 2024, and within 4 months, the laminate flooring began to warp. An inspector assessed the problem and determined it was due to improper installation. Shortly after the inspection, the boards began overlapping, further worsening the condition.Warranty and Lack of Response: Kinexx had promised a 48-month warranty on the home. Since August, we have repeatedly reached out to Kinexx to resolve this problem, but we have received no response. We also contacted The Resurrection Project (through whom we purchased the home), and they too have had no success in reaching Kinexx.Ongoing Communication Issues: Throughout the home buying process, Kinexx has had poor **************** closing, they promised to fix several issues, including a missing drawer, due to low inventory at the time. This was only resolved after going through The Resurrection Project.They also committed to providing the paint used in the house, but despite multiple requests, this has never been delivered.Liens on the House: We have also encountered multiple liens on the property due to Kinexx failing to pay their suppliers. This has caused additional stress and complications.Fortunately The Ressurection project assist us with.Given the potential hazard posed by the worsening flooring situation, we are seeking a resolution as soon as possible. We expect Kinexx to honor their warranty and address these outstanding issues promptly.
