    Theyre selling bogus leads and will not refund the money. We dont want their service and wont refund.

    ***** is the General Manager of Crosley Family Moving LLC and ***** is his mother/the owner. ***** spoke with an Account Executive at HomeExpert and very clearly requested exclusive leads after we gave him all lead and call options. He understood the pricing as it was emailed to him and in front of him during the conversation. An agreement was sent over to him to review which included all their company information, lead pricing, coverage area, etc. The account was created on October 26th and two days later ***** called in using profanity towards an agent transferring him to his Account Manager and then the Account Manager as well. ***** was receiving exclusive leads as requested but expected them to be larger 3+ bedroom moves which was not requested or agreed upon. He demanded a refund for all the leads we had already sent him, calling them bogus. One lead out of the handful sent had a destination in ****** which he said he did not go to. Therefore, we said we could work with him and credit that lead back to his account to give him a new lead but he demanded a refund instead for all leads sent even though all leads sent were legit exclusive leads he had requested. His Account Manager said he would talk to a Supervisor and get back to him. ***** called in again using profanity once again as we were attempting to assist him. Because of the excessive profanity being used the call was disconnected and we were unable to assist him further.

    you charged us $300 and not a single person picked up the phone. you also gave ** a job going to ******. we never once told you we have the special permits to pass ***************** border . We began cussing at you because you were deciding to rip ** off

    Regarding the ****** lead, as mentioned we were willing to provide a credit even though the service parameters provided to use were incorrect. Lead conversion is based on client's system put in place to convert the lead based on industry best practices. Also 4 leads is an insufficient sample size to draw any conclusion.
