    June 29, 2024 Significant issues during event:A letter was sent to the company' COO and our contacts on 7-2-24 and there has been no sufficient response or acknowledgement of our concerns. Below are excerpts from that letter.First and most critical was the lack of air conditioning on a day where temperatures soared to 90 degrees Fahrenheit was extremely distressing. Enduring such extreme heat without adequate cooling facilities made the entire event uncomfortable and, at times, unbearable. This affected my personal comfort and the enjoyment and well-being of all attendees. We had three (3) separate health challenges related to the heat, with one requiring removal from the boat via the paramedics. The hospital report was extreme heat causation. It was distressing to see guests visibly uncomfortable and struggling to cope with the heat throughout the duration of the event. I was also surprised the company had NO trained medic or personnel on board with more than 400 guests onboard.Next, the floors were slippery from entry area due to condensation and including the dance floor. Several guests were afraid to dance because they barely missed falling. These issues collectively detracted from the overall experience we were anticipating and significantly impacted the enjoyment and safety of the event.There was a noticeable lack of personnel available to attend to guests needs which resulted in long wait times. There was no table service for drinks or removal of used dishes, Despite the sweltering temperature, there was no water provided at all place settings and none on the top deck, period. While you questioned if there were any food allergies, you failed to provide name tags/description on the food, leaving guests in a quandary.

    Good morning,I attended a Spirit of Chicago brunch on March 30, 2024 with my fianc and the experience was very unethical we sat down for 25 minutes before someone came over to recognize ** I guess we wasn't the right ethnicity. Finally we were approached the waiter seem okay until she continuously kept stating "So let me get this straight you are not tipping she stated this three times" The food was horrible we were charged for food after being told we were here on two complementary brunch tickets are bill was $107.18 we were charged for things we did not order. I called in and spoke to ******** she told me to give them 72hours someone from the accounting department will be contacting me and I will be issued a refund she asked me for the the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of my credit card. I spoke to ********* she informed today that my fianc and I, were put on the wrong boat and are tickets was swamped out instead of them informing us of the change. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME SUPPORT OR ATTENDING ANYTHING IN CHICAGO!!

    We paid for a cruise through eventbrite to Chicago Party Boat Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 11:59 PM - Sunday, July 10, 2022 at 3:15 AM. We arrived at 11:30pm they did not finish boarding till 1:50 am then advised they would not be leaving the dock. I bought two tickets for a cruise totaling $84.00. I contacted them and asked for credit for another cruise since it didn't happen and they refused.
