    This company is a scam, I left the scooter near by where i picked it up and i snapped a photo of it and left. I wake up with a $45 bill, apparently the timer on the scooter kept running and someone rode it for 1 hrs and 45 minutes, Im sure they do this on purpose because i had to get off the scooter since it stopped working. Their customer is terrible as well.

    This company charged my husband $60, allegedly because he did not stop his ride, and/or he parked in some unnamed inappropriate place, and/or he did not set the kickstand. These allegations are completely false. We could see where he parked from our front window, and he had followed all the rules. They nevertheless took his money, sending us various boilerplate reasons why they had done so, and refused to refund it. We asked what their proof was for the alleged violations (whatever they were), and they they just said "that's the information we have." We will never use this company again, and we will never recommend anyone else do so either!

    I am in a dispute with veo. I can't walk and was in excruciating pain. I decided to take a veo bike to the doctor ************ I've taken the ride several times before. Apparently the city made a new ride zone where I previously was able to ride. The bike shut off in the middle of traffic. It stated I was in a no ride zone. When I couldn't move the bike very far I decided to shut it off it wouldn't shut off and when I did it wouldn't bring me back to the map. I couldn't miss my appointment and couldn't move the ride so I abandoned it with $15 left on my account which I thought would run out and that was fine. They kept the clock running all day long until it reached $100. No one would speak to me from Vio. It's almost like they're evil. I have a doctor's ****** that I wasn't able to walk but they don't care about anything. Don't trust them I've seen this same complaint many times on their website reviews. I can't believe that they would charge $100 and not taken to consideration that I was crippled at the time and still am at this time. I have to go to physical therapy. Have an operation done, you think they would take this into consideration but no. I have never experienced a company that was less understanding than this. The **************** should be ashamed of themselves hiring such a scamming company. You constantly get ripped off whether it's a dangerous ride or charging you when the bike won't run. I could go on and on. Go read some of the reviews. Thanks for your time I hope I could help someone

    I don't know where to start. I realize it's a tough business to manage. People destroy equipment which makes it hard to find a good ride. It's very difficult to read the map looking for a vehicle. When you try to magnify the street names it only shrinks back to same size. I can't see very well and when it's sunny out you can't see it. You should have the map north south east and west so it's easier to understand. People Park their rides in their backyard and if you go to get one you're risking getting bit by a dog or worse.

    Ive never parked a scooter illegally. This company continues to take money from my acct because of parking/damage fines. How are they allowed to do this so easily?Whatever you do, dont put your payment details into their app because even if you do the right thing they will take money. I deleted the app immediately after it happened a second time.

    I wish i could leave zero stars. I have ridden veo for a long time now and was on a regular ride last week. The app continually glitched/error and finally told me it was ended. I went about my day and later saw I had been charged over $100 for a $3 ride. I called immediately and was told there was nothing they could do and "i should have called earlier if it was that big of an issue". ************ on the customer service team was truly one of the worst representatives I have ever spoken to. He blamed me for the issue, made me feel stupid, and had the audacity to tell me I should be thankful that the charge wasn't more. When I told him I was offended by his tone and accusation I asked him to speak with someone else. He then said "theres no one else you could speak to, or anyone who would want to help you". Unreal. I am so frustrated and disappointed as I have been a customer for well over a year riding regularly. I would love to speak to someone in higher leadership. This is the worst service I have ever recieved. Do not ride with veo.

    I was unable to end my ride on the app because it continuously gave me an error message and it continued to charge me for 4.5 hours. 100$ for a 1.3 mile ride and customer service told me there was nothing they could do and it clearly shows I went 1.3 miles. I'll never use this app again
