I booked an event for my fiance on 3/26/2022 for his birthday. I pre paid ****** my issue is that what's the attendee started arriving and was asked for that vaccination cards the individuals that had it on their phones were told that they were not acceptable nor did they asked once I arrived if I would like to rebook the event I had 20 people arriving and was told that the other individuals would be able to pay when they got there. So when I told them that I spoke to someone on the phone after the mandate had been lifted in the *************** and that no time was I informed that each individual would have to have the actual vaccine card this is why I'm requesting a refund and help from the better Business bureau.Business response

Hello,I'm reaching out regarding complaint #While we always do our best to be helpful and accommodating to our customers, it's important that we ensure the safety of our staff is respected.It seems that part of Tasrha's frustration was that her group didn't receive a follow-up email. This email was not brought to my attention, and it may be possible that the email was lost in the shuffle. While we do apologize for neglecting to respond, escalating this to a BBB complaint without attempting to reach out to our box office via phone seems unreasonable, from our perspective.Thank you again for reviewing this complaint. We're surprised she didn't reach out to the box office again to resolve this; we greatly appreciate the time you're taking to look into it.Kind Regards,
