            My name is **********************. I live in ********. I was contacted in late April (4/27/22) by representatives **************************************************** Mock contact# ************ / ************************* Contact# ************ from **************.com located at ************************************************************ regarding my ************ membership (time share) which they wanted to buy from ******* wife. ************** are working in conjunction with Escrow Pro Inc. ************************************************************** ************ (Representatives - ************************************************************ We were going back forth starting from August - December 2022 with paperwork & wired transfers into a revocable account set up in ******. I found it suspicious after they ask me for more money which I had no more money to wire transfer again. I wired money several times from my ******* account to an account in Mexico BBVA bank which looked Legal. I did wire $4,767.85 on 10/21/22, $3,550 on 11/10/22 & ********* on 11/18/22 totaling $18,716.75. Please report this scam to the ******** State ********************************************* I am going report this fraud/scam to the ************************* & the *** so no one else gets scammed out of money. If possible, I just want justice & to recover my funds back.

            This Escrow company we found doesnt have a legitimate address, the representative we found has a stolen identity and could find no licenses connected to name. We lost over 25,000$ through scam.

            I was contacted by a broker by email stating they had a buyer interested in purchasing my timeshare in ******. I met with the broker over the phone and with their Escrow company. They sent me documents that looked real and I didn't think anything was off. They told me that in ****** I had to pay capital gains up front and that I had to wire the funds to a lawyer in ******. They sent me the wire instructions each time and once I finished the wire, they asked me to send them the receipt. We were supposed to close 2 weeks ago and it was delayed and my supposed broker said I needed to pay an additional $6700. I shared this with my daughter who then started to look through everything. She was able to determine that the Escrow company and the broker company are not real companies. She could not find the people I have been working with online, or proof of their existence.
