    Fence company installed new fence in July/August 2024. Comes with warranty. Wind and wood shrinkage is causing a section of the fence to fall down. I have requested repair and have sent pictures. They ignored requests until about a week ago, when they responded and said someone would be out last Friday to repair. They never showed. I called about that and they simply did not care. I have now seen similar reports of this online. Other customers having the same problem with non-response to warranty requests. The fence continues to fall apart more and more every day and is now a safety concern.

    Had a fence installed in August 2023 with many issues to date. Spent over $12k for a low maintenance fence around a small yard that has had multiple issues with the purchased product beginning with the day the crew left the job as incomplete. Currently open issues are:-fence latch does not close in fluctuations of weather. Video link provided to *** ****** (owner) and main Bespoke email address. I have a dog and this is a major concern. -rusted parts attached to my house for the front gate - part of fence is collapsed/crooked (pic provided)-crew did not remove any protective stickers from the steel pieces and they remain where myself/my neighbor hasnt taken them off yet. -sections were installed in an uneven way on the right side (two long, two short)-random screws on bottom of posts with no understandable logic/pattern ********************************************************** ******************************************* Prior issues/mostly resolved:-no end caps on fence posts. Had to follow up many times via phone and email. -steel middle pieces missing on neighbor sides and ends. they seemed to think I wouldnt notice. Had to follow up many times. -late scheduling, prior crew was fired right before job, permit miscommunication -sloppy work, left fence dirty.

    *********************** had multiple repairs scheduled for his visit. We tried to send a team out and he did not allow us to go out. He still owes ** remaining balance of $2500 that was unpaid. After he told us not to go back, we canceled his account, along with his warranties. He told us not to go on the property at all anymore. We simply tried to fix it and couldnt, and went unpaid for it.

    Had a fence installed show them were the sprinkler system was ask them not to damage it guess what they did it anyway talk to ****** a bespoke she's been telling me for months they were going to repair said sat may 14 someone would be out no-show enough is a nought

    For *************************** property we are clearly stated on our contract that we are not responsible for private utilities. It is impossible to get these marked unless the homeowner knows exactly where they are. We are hand digging these holes to be courteous of things in the ground, but theres only so much we could do. We tried to reprimand the issue, but we are not a sprinkler company and that is on the customer to take care of private utilities.
